2/10/23 update — Had the black paella (squid ink paella) today. It was exquisite! The aioli gives each mouthful a different and equally savory flavor. I highly recommend it!

We are very disappointed with the food and frankly surprised by the outstanding reviews. The food was bland, not fresh and just drenched in oil. Please avoid their "La Muy Noble" sauce as it does not add any particular flavor except oil. My friend had to add a heavy amount of salt, hot sauce and lime to make the pork edible. Unless you have a ton of time, the paella could take 45+ mins. The service and atmosphere are fine but nothing special and certainly not enough to make up for the pricey but...

Strongly recommend this restaurant. We got the calamari plate, the lomito and a sandwich and everything was excellent. Sometimes it is hard to find a good restaurant in Antigua but this one will not disappoint. Even our cocktails were fantastic. Honestly one of my best meal in Guatemala.
