Absolutely rude staff today!

I’ve been here few times before and it was always an ok service. But today I had experienced an absolutely worst treatment from bartender in my 11 years in Hungary.

I don’t speak Hungarian well but I do understand it, so I chose to ask few question about their current beer selection in English today, being considered to ask in advance if bartender speaks English.

While I took a little pause to think what I want to order his colleague arrived and asked what’s happening. The bartender was incredibly annoyed with me and said (in Hungarian) “I don’t know what she wants”.

What can I possibly want at a bar? 🤷🏻‍♀️

And the fact that he was feeling annoyed by a customer… am I bothering him at his job?

I said that am just trying to make an order,he doesn’t have to be annoyed with me. They didn’t even think for a moment to feel embarrassed or ashamed. They started laughing. Who does that?

I understand that you sometimes have rude customers, and Maybe they would deserve that treatment. But noone else should. I don’t know if that’s the fact that I don’t speak Hungarian, or the fact that it took me a moment to decide what I want but this is...

Great place. Great tables. But one of the employees is very rude! I’ve been visiting the place for more than a month now, every time she is there she is very rude to me and my friend. I once came in, said hi to her, she ignored me and left the bar, I had to wait for another employee to come and actually help me. If she is alone working, she tries to avoid working. If I ask her something, she gets frustrated. Its sad that I actually enjoy playing snooker there, but this is making me not want to go there. Régebben nagyon szerettük, elsősorban Dartsozni jártunk ide Covid előtt amikor még ingyenes volt a tábla használata.

Azóta igényesen felújították a helyet, a régi 2 helyett 4 tábla lett felrakva egy külön kialakított helységben, viszont fizetős lett a használatuk. Ezzel nincs is probléma, amíg a tábla dijaból(amit állítólag karbantartásra kérnek el) cserélik a már elég rojtos eszközöket. De mióta fizetős a hely, azóta egyszer sem történt csere. Nem mellesleg az italarakat is eléggé felpumpáltak, nem olcsók a sörök.

Összességében:

Negatívumok: -draga italfogyasztás: erdemesebb lenne egy standard sör forgalmazóval dolgozni, mert a Holstein után a 950(?!) forintos Budweiser a következő ivósör az itallapon ami eleg lelombozó. -a budapesti átlagnál egy picivel olcsóbb darts bérlés(890ft/óra), viszont a táblákat nem cserélik, de szerintem nem is nagyon forgatják. Ráadásul a BÉRLÉS DÍJÁT KIZÁRÓLAG KÉSZPÉNZZEL lehet fizetni, amit nem is igazán értek. -az egyik pultoslany borzasztóan lekezelő és bunkó általában.

Pozitívumok: -nagyon szépen meg lett csinálva belülről -központi helyen van, könnyen elérhető a Jászai -altalaban kevesen vannak, egyáltalán nem zsúfolt a hely a személyzet többi tagja kedves nyáron...
