I was trying to spent some quality time with my wife there some days ago but the old lady whose name was giongi or as i checked maybe gyongyi (or something like) with the black hair was more than rude to us Could not serve our coffees amd drinks well, she did not speak english at all and she was mad at us because we did not speak her foreign language. We have seen it on her face that she wants us out of there and i dont think thats a good behaviour when you are working in hospitality. We are going back to Hungary in 2 months and we want to go back to meet with the beautiful young lady (andi) because she made up the previos bad experience. I can just hope that sanctions will happen. I dont know how much impact i make with this comment, but when we go back, we dont really want to meet with this black haired barlady again. Best...

As Hungarian-Americans, we came here for a good time with friends around 2am (5 of us total). We bought 5 tokens to play fusball- 4 tokens in, a security guard followed by 4 "backup" security guards came to escort us out for being unruly and making it difficult for the bartender to hear orders. There was no one inside the bar besides us and the sounds were not beyond us having a good time. I’ve never experienced such incredibly rude service in 10+ visits to Budapest. When we asked why we were being kicked out, they couldn't give us a valid reason. I will never go back and highly recommend no one else visit this garbage bar. I went there as part of a group with open bar for two hours, they have the open bar drinks menu where the brands of the spirits are clearly listed, the bartender tried to give me a different brand of what was actually listed, when I requested what was advertised he reluctantly gave me one drink, (pretty much just water and ice) when I came back for another one, he just showed me an empty bottle, when confronted about the other bottle he had on display he just said it was sold, I requested a variant of the same tequila (also listed on the open bar drinks menu) he just said I had to pay extra for it.
