Read moreI love Biang, but I think because this location is new, they are still working on quality control. I ordered my regular noodles, and the soup color was much lighter, the flavor was not as strong, and strangely it came warm / not as hot as usual.
It is very new/clean with a cheery Japandi feel -- although missing the view of the noodles being made 🥲 and hopefully there can be wifi soon~
