Avoid… we knew this was a tourist trap but it was 9:30 pm on a Sunday so we didn’t have many options. Little did we know this was about to be one of the worst Italian foods we’ve ever had. The risotto was hard rice in pure tomato sauce, no flavour, no seasoning, nothing. The arabiata wasn’t spicy, which like the main component to a dish that has very few ingredients and once again, needed so much salt and pepper and chilli flakes to make it edible. This is the first time we have felt the need to complain but felt strongly so want to let other people know. The tables were so close together, no privacy so heard constant swearing by the person next to us and being leant over by the waitress as she served the next table. Drinks forgotten, no cutlery given and food eventually arrived after the table next to us had finished their meal but had arrived after us. We complained to the acting 'manager' who was completely out of her depth, kept saying sorry but made no effort to appear concerned to resolve anything or value our opinion or custom....

Cosy place. I don't know what the deal is here, but the staff needs training. Some of us didn't get our food and it came 30 minutes after others were done and only after we said we hadn't received our food. We had to remind them several times about several things. We decided, even though it seemed they had no clue as to what they were doing, to order a second round of drinks + desserts, which we had to wait forever to receive. Which was frustrating when we saw 3 of the staff just standing there doing nothing. The food was good though, when it finally came. Recommended for very very very...
