Beautiful rooftop bar with character, concept, and one of the best views in the city
📍 Location: 10/10 Perfectly located in the city center — super convenient to get to. I made a reservation the same day via Google Maps, which was fast and easy. There were still tables available when I arrived.
🌆 Rooftop & Atmosphere: The rooftop setting is absolutely stunning. You get a panoramic view of the Basilica and the city, which adds so much to the experience. There was also live music on the rooftop — and the girl performing had amazing energy, truly captivating. That live element made the atmosphere feel complete. Atmosphere: 10/10.
🍸 Drinks & Concept: The bar has a unique and thoughtful concept. There’s a full menu of signature cocktails inspired by jazz legends like Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, and more. The cocktails are creative and have unusual flavor profiles — so if you like to experiment, you’ll enjoy it. I loved the drink I ordered. Just keep in mind that not every flavor will be for everyone — it’s a matter of taste.
🧑🍳 Service: 10/10 The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout. They gave us great recommendations and kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying everything. The service really added to the experience.
🥨 About snacks: There probably are snacks on the menu, but unlike many bars where you get a small plate of olives or nuts with your drink by default, here that wasn’t the case. We didn’t ask, so they might simply be available for purchase, not served complimentary. Not a big issue at all — just something to know in case you’re used to little bar snacks being included.
✅ Overall: Stylish, soulful, and concept-driven. If you’re looking for a rooftop with a view, live music, creative cocktails, and great service — this place is absolutely worth...
Read moreI recently had the unfortunate occasion to patronize this bar, and regrettably, the experience was nothing short of abysmal
Turning my attention to the libations, I found myself confronted with a disheartening revelation. The cocktails, ostensibly crafted with care, were grievously diluted, rendering them nearly devoid of discernible flavor profiles. Furthermore, it appeared that essential components essential to the mixology had been egregiously omitted, resulting in concoctions that bore little semblance to their intended character. The endeavor of the bartenders seemed to have devolved into a regrettable exercise in rendering spirits nearly unrecognizable, leaving me to question the wisdom of my decision to partake.
The fiscal insult compounded the sensory injury, as the pricing structure for these subpar libations defied any reasonable rationale. The imposition of exorbitant charges for what amounted to little more than colored water laced with a mere suggestion of alcohol bordered on audacious. The establishment's brazen attempt to exploit unsuspecting patrons by capitalizing on their expectations of a commensurate value was nothing short of reprehensible.
In summation, it is my fervent counsel that one avoid squandering their temporal and financial resources at this establishment. The attenuated quality of libations, coupled with the excessive cost, undoubtedly render this bar an establishment to be eschewed. Abundant alternatives exist within the vicinity, offering far superior experiences and, importantly, a genuine reverence for their patrons. Prudence dictates seeking out an establishment that espouses an authentic understanding of the art of hospitality, thereby ensuring a memorable and...
Read moreWell, the two star is defenetly for the location and design of the place. When it comes to costumer service - let me say nothing. The reception / hostess team definitely needs to be changed or sent for proper training. We called for a reservation and as we arrived from a different parts of the world for a Hens party specifically asked to be seated next to St. Stephen B. The lady advised us that sure, no problem. When we arrive( 22 minutes in prior of the booking) an inside corner table is waiting for us with no view for anything else than the main bar. The hostess is telling us that : yea but you booked an inside table “ - sure my love , next to St. Stephen B. Then she is telling us that they accepted another booking from 6 PM in our table with a 2 hour duration however it’s a birthday so they haven’t departed yet and it is very uncomfortable for them to ask them to leave. We informed her that this is their responsibility of not being organized and aware of table duration and our hens party shouldn’t be ruined by this. The supervisor with the red hair was consistently interrupting us and telling us off, she was sending the blonde hostess dealing with a situation. First time in my life experiencing someone working in hospitality using inappropriate language and being in a position of hostess supervisor. A place like this shouldn’t be ruined this way. In general the staff is unfriendly and has an attitude. Our waiter was attentive and the only person with a smile on their face however I wouldn’t...
