Olive Sushi Restaurant — Restaurant in Budapest

I have no complaints about the ramen. The ramen was big and delicious. My issues are with the sushi and the service. I ordered the Philadelphia roll, which is supposed to include cream cheese, avocado, and rice. However, what I received was avocado and imitation crab sticks. When I asked why there was no cheese, I was told that this is how they prepare it, and that it’s perfectly fine. On the menu, the picture of the Philadelphia roll showed luxurious, large sushi pieces with big slices of fish, cream cheese, avocado, and roe. But as you can see in the photo, it’s a classic case of "expectation vs. reality." There was barely any fish, the sushi pieces were tiny, the Philadelphia roll didn’t even have any cream cheese, and the avocado wasn’t fresh.

I also have complaints about the service. I was really upset when I asked for a glass of water because my friend was feeling unwell, and they refused to give me one. I simply asked for a glass of water, and they said no. Additionally, the staff does not speak English at all:( Two stars only...

10분 전의 나였으면 다신 들어가지 않았을 곳. 분명히 볶음밥1개 라면1개 달라고했는데 결제보니 볶음밥1개 라면2개가 결제되었다 .나는 바로 얘기하였더니 카드로지불해서 환불이 불가하다고 얘기한다. 그러면서 나에게 가격을 swiped하지말라고 하는데 음식이 나온것도 아니고 음식을 먹은것도아니고 주문하자마자 바로 잘못 주문이 들어갔다고 얘기했는데 이렇게 대응하는 게 맞는것인가 의문이 든다. 또한 자기들이 cctv가 있다고 얘기해서 내가 확인해보자 했는데도 보여주지 않고 계속 환불이 안된다고만 말한다. 한 명의 종업원은 지나가면서 식기구를 던지는 등 짜증을 엄청 냈고 음식을 가져다줄 때 다른사람들에겐 휴지.쟁반을 같이줬는데 우리에겐 주지도 않고 음식만 갖다줬다. 음식은 너무짜서 먹을수가 없었고 같은 라면인데 처음에나온 라면과 뒤에 나온 라면맛이 너무나 달랐다. 너무나 기분나쁜 경험이었다.

I wouldn't have entered again if I were me 10 minutes ago. I definitely asked for one fried rice and one ramen, but when I paid for it, I paid for one fried rice and two ramen. I told her right away that she can't get a refund because I paid with a card. At the same time, she told me not to swipe the price, but the food hasn't come out yet, and I did't eat food. Also, they said they have a CCTV, so even though I said let's check it out, they don't show it and keep saying they can't get a refund. Arrived a lot sooner than the estimate, everything was nice and hot in nicely sealed containers. Meats were moist, there were plenty of vegetables and nice and saucy. But...spring rolls left a lot to be desired. Wasn't much spring in the roll and they were all like the pic below. The other dishes we ordered were sooooo bland. It's a good thing we had some of our own sauces to add some flavour. Not worth the money. ...
