Zoska Reggeliző Kávézó — Restaurant in Budapest

Me and my girlfriend were here today and we both ordered a menu from the card. Mine contained 2 pastries, a water & a coffee and hers contained scrambled eggs with 2 toppings and a softdrink. It took 10 minutes until my pastries and the scrambled eggs came, but she only got 1 topping instead of two! Furthermore we waited a while before asking for our drinks, because they didn't come at all! I asked after 15 minutes and they had completely forgotten it... Instead of saying sorry they were unfriendly and it took another 5 minutes until they brought it, but again my water was missing - I didn't get it at all! At the end I asked where my water was and again they didn't apologize and additionally they wanted 3000 HUF instead of 2580 HUF, because they thought the ice-tea (softdrink) of my girlfriend was extra (so not in the menu)! Absolutely Ridicolous! I definetely can't agree with all the other good recommendations for this local! Very good alternatives are Fruccola & STIKA! :) You won't be...

When we entered this place on a rainy day, what welcomed us is a busy, quirky looking cafe full of young people. Who also welcomed us is staff who forgot how to smile and be friendly. I don't know if they really hate their jobs or if they were feeling under the weather... But it was really unpleasant. The breakfast we ordered was very tasty, my boyfriend's coffee was very nice. I ordered a latte with almond milk and got soya milk instead, I said I didn't order soya milk but the waitress insisted that I did. I said I don't like soya milk so I wouldn't order it but nevermind I'll drink it to which she said that it's ok, they'll make a new one of course. 5 minutes later another waitress just basically popped the coffee in front of me without saying a word and left. I tasted the coffee and it didn't taste almonds at all, I might be wrong but I think they just poured the soya latte...

I went in and had a salami sandwich and a melange coffee.

After reading the reviews on Google I was excited to try it. Even saved one morning of our short stay in Budapest to try this place. After having a really disappointing meal I regret wasting one breakfast there. The sandwich was tasteless and somehow sad. The presentation was terrible, a bit more effort would have made a better impression (plate was messy with sauce sprinkled all over), some greens as salad but without anything on them (did not even try to eat them since they looked unappetizing)

My coffee was more milk then anything else.

My companion had some eggs without any bread. We had to ask for some and she got some box bread (cold). They should have commented that the bread was over before serving the dish, she would have ordered something else.
