I would give 1,000 stars if I could! The most friendly restaurant in all of Budapest! Food was amazing and staff knew their products very well. I placed my order- dairy free and gluten free which they didn’t mind at all, they explained it would take a while as they needed to heat up the separate fryer and clean everything down (fantastic as this meant no cross contamination) and constantly apologised. They were very friendly throughout the ordering and asked all about our holiday and allergy options at other places and even apologised for the lack of options at other places. The staff were fantastic. After I placed my order one of the members of staff rushed outside and explained that there was actually dairy in the pesto and suggested a different sauce. This was fantastic as it meant they understood their products and allergies! The substitute sauce was perfect- a great recommendation. Sadly, there are not many seats at all but fantastic experience! Smoothie is made with rice milk so another win win!

They say they serve the 2nd best coffee in town. I can't guarantee that because I never drink coffee. What I can guarantee is that they make the best tosti's in town and beyond. And that they are the only place in Hungary that gives you the best chocolate milk, hot or cold. Combined with the best service ever, you will have the nicest breakfast or lunch possible in Budapest and will definitely leave the shop by saying the words: That was LEKKER. And don't forget the Stroopwafel and Stroopwafel Muffins.

The menu is a great, delicious deal to fill you up for lunch, but make sure to try the Stroopwafel milkshake! They make it just right, perfect consistency… not too sweet… and just yummy. They even offered to split the milkshake in two separate cups for us. Wonderful food, service, and prices, so definitely give it a try if you are around and feeling a bit hungry!

if google had an option for 1,000 stars, this place would get 1,001. we came in as a pretty big group for a hole-in-the-wall (7) and they were super accommodating. the physical location is absolutely adorable and the workers are seriously the nicest people i’ve ever met. they were super speedy despite our large group size and apologized for things that were totally unnecessary. the food was SO GOOD and for the price- i would have payed triple. we very briefly talked to them afterwards and i truly regret not staying longer. i cannot recommend this place enough. if they decide to open up a location in the bay area i would come...
