ZING BURGER & Co. | Nyugati — Restaurant in Budapest

I would love to say that I had exactly the same experience as the other locations, but that would not be true. We go to Zing each Friday for a meal and this time we decided to try this new location. Having been Friday evening it is always a struggle to find a seat, even in the other locations, so this is not an issue. We managed to get our seats eventually. The staff have not been as professional as at the other locations and also they had a bit of a difficulty understanding English, could be due to them being new. We could look beyond these little issues, however both our burgers were exceptionally dry and the fries did not seem to be as fresh as in other occasions. Zing is one of our favourite places to eat, but not sure at this point if we will be back to this location. We may give it a try at another time to give it...

horrible experience. I went here with my future wife in high anticipation. we immidiately enjoyed the rustic atmosphere, wooden tables and such. the wait was fine. I like to prepare mentally for food even when incredibly hungry. when the food arrived we were utterly confused. just one meal was brought to the table. how can a professional restaurant not serve the food ordered at the same time? it was just the two of us! but it gets worse. after 10min my beloved asked the waitress about the second burger. "ah lol it's sitting right here". the audacity! they forgot about it completely. then my gf brought the food HERSELF to the table. she should have get paid! food was amazing tho, really enjoyed the fries and the garlic sauce. won't come...

I was one of the lucky ones who had the chance to try their food truck back inda days when they were just behind Godzsu. Oh dear, how much they dropped from that sweet spot. Paid sauces were not in the bag. We could say it's my fault. Cole slaw has a terrible side taste to it, landed in the garbage bin. We could say it's my overly pushed expectations. Burger patties are almost well done. / ordered MR / No excuse. Sweet potato fries were still awesome. Wish it would be still a food truck with the best burger in Budapest but unfortunately it is not anymore. It's a franchise with one goal:Be profitable.
