THIS IS A CARRY OUT ONLY! If you have a sensitivity to texture, the casing of the hot dog is very thick & actually makes a snapping sound when bitten. This is NOT anything like an American hot dog, nor should it be, it is local Icelandic. I only mentioned it, because Americans have a mind set of what a hot dog should taste like. The staff was SUPER nice & extremely helpful with ordering. The menu is in Icelandic not English, so she literally had too walk us through step by step. They were busy too, but she never rushed us & explained everything for us. Pylsuvagninn, has been in Reykjanesbær for a very long time. I have bought their products, which is mainly the unique burger and the traditional Icelandic hotdog for more than 30 years now.
