Amma's Pastries — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Really disappointed with the services along with the behaviour of these guys, especially the one located at Jayanagar 4th block. I had order a 3kg cake for my brother's wedding last month, the 23rd December 2021, not only do they don't deliver to the specified address but they had even forgotten to prepare my order though it was placed on 2 days of notice (36-38hours of prior notice). I had told I would collect it by 18hrs to which I arrived late by 15-20mins. Added to this they made me and my ride wait for an extra 30-40mins without any compliance to the mistake or confusion. When confronted with a negative review and letting them know I would go back here to write a negative review they didn't even bother. In a city, society where many new and old chains of cake/pastries are dieing, here they're with no basic decency to customer needs. Just imagine the amount of fun I lost that day, the money, waiting charge. Non of which was even consideration while "forgetting' my order. If the same mistake was happened from the customer side imagine the caps and again the money we had to pay. These guys are only bothered about their pockets being filled not the satisfaction of their customers. I would definitely not recommend this to new people, please don't let yourself get humiliated. Very tasty and higenic , and affordable price pastries, and also famous for photo cakes. In 20 minutes your photo cakes are ready, normal ,variety of flavors cakes are available .. and Sparkle candle, normal candles, blaster are available in Amma's pastries..another thing to remember they won't give you a spoons and plates for cake order(even pair of spoons & plates also), and also not available in their shop, have to purchase separately outside..If they sell these too it's nice..And time saving and no need to search for another shops to purchase spoons and plates.
