If you are over 50, then avoid this place. It's geared to the Gen Z folks. The music is nerve wracking . House and trance at its obnoxious best, even at 7.30 pm. The music is sooo loud , there is no hope of conversation. Folks at most of the tables were scrolling thru their phones. Such an amazing view. would hv made for grest conversation over a drink However, given the cacophony No conversation was possible. As for giving your order to the staff, forget it. One has to yell at 300+ decibels into the server's ear, so that he can comprehend your order. Similarly, he has to scream into your ear to make himself heard, making for an unhealthy exchange of saliva spray. The place is a fully smoking environment. EVERY SINGLE TABLE ! Reminiscent of the 80s when one exited a night club reeking of cigarette smoke, even though you didn't smoke.
Other negatives were: half the menu was not available đ. We kept trying to order indian food and the server was intent on giving us Asian food . He finally told us that only x number of Indian dishes was available. So we ordered from that list. Our original server did not speak kannada, hindi or English. We had to request for someone else. Couple of dishes we ordered had significant leftovers . Hence. We requested that the leftovers be packaged to take with us. Bill paid, we waited 20 mins and no pkg in sight. We finally got up and asked the server and then the folks at the reception desk.Long story short. 35 mins after we paid the bill, they brought us the containers ..... without a bag . We were told that they don't have a bag to give us. OK. Containers in hand we headed home, where on checking the containers we find that instead of the Rogan Josh and lamb chops we had ordered for dinner, packaged was thai leftovers. I guess another guest got our Rogan Josh?.đ¤
All in all. We will not be returning. Am sure the response from.the management will be a canned assortment of sentences , as evident from...

Read moreThe sole positive aspect of this restaurant-bar is the ambience, which is not so spectacular that you will miss out on a lot if you do not visit. There was mismanagement within the personnel, and they had no idea what they were providing. Furthermore, despite several reminders and directions, the server delivered non-vegetarian food to the vegetarian people in our group, and they told us when those guests completed eating. The personnel was extremely slow and uneducated. I believe that humans make mistakes, which is genuine and completely valid; nevertheless, the flaws should be remedied in the second service, which was not the case at this restaurant. We had to scream every time we called the waiter, and they had no idea what they were serving. They had to constantly check with the manager to get the dish name. Even the manager was unwilling to listen to us. Instead of listening to our concerns, he justified and defended himself. When we requested a discount as compensation, they refused to give us a discount on the overall price, but they did offer us complimentary beverages. It is not ethical or professional in my opinion, considering we were running late. We dismissed the matter and departed...
