Chai Stories — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Writing this review as i sit in this cafe. Looks like state of a closing shop. Nothing is available. The person standing in counter doesn't even know how to read the menu , I asked for latte and he is asking if I want lemon tea 😔. Infront of me 5 people walked in and walked out as no one was there at counter. The person kept going in and never coming out and no response to loud shouts of "excuse me".. menu on the wall is lookingnso good but sad nothing is available as per that person. Only saving grace is that tea is available and it was good ginger tea... and people are sitting and smoking outside

Better to shut shop and...

Love the ambience here. They have some excellent desserts and food which are super affordable and easy on the pocket. The owners of the place maintain a very friendly atmosphere which is why I enjoy sitting here for hours together.

Place looks empty and nothing at all like the pictures before. As a previous review said, the cafe does look like it's on the verge of being shutdown. 80% of the items in the menu aren't available. Oh and there's also a huge mosquito problem in the evenings. Would be great if the smoking and non-smoking areas are separated. Bad service by the waiters, if the owner...
