AVOID THIS RESTAURANT - UNSAFE FOOD, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This restaurant should be shut down immediately for the absolute disregard they show toward food safety and customer satisfaction. My recent order was nothing short of a nightmare:

Rotten Chicken Wings - A Health Hazard! • The chicken wings I received were outright disgusting. They stank as if they had been left to rot for days. • When I peeled off the skin, the meat underneath had a greenish tint—clear signs of spoilage. I’ve never encountered something so revolting from any restaurant.(refer the Pictures attached) • This isn’t just bad service; it’s a serious health hazard! Consuming such food could lead to food poisoning or worse.

Stone-Cold, Stale Burger • The burger was dead cold, tasteless, and felt like it had been prepared hours earlier and left out. • I had to reheat it in the oven to make it edible, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering a “freshly made” meal.

Total Neglect of Hygiene and Quality • It’s evident that this restaurant has no quality checks or hygiene standards. If they’re sending out food like this, I can’t even imagine the state of their kitchen. • This wasn’t a minor mistake; this was an absolute failure on every level.

Repeated Bad Experiences • This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this restaurant through Swiggy or Zomato. Again and again, they’ve delivered substandard food, but this was the final straw.

Unfit for Business • Honestly, this restaurant should NOT be allowed to operate. Their food license should be revoked immediately by the FSSAI for serving unsafe and spoiled food. They are putting customers’ health at risk, which is completely unacceptable.

Better Alternatives Exist • If you’re looking for a reliable late-night meal, I strongly recommend Hotel Empire, Craving O’Clock, Easy Bites, or Leon Grill. These places value their customers and serve food that is fresh, tasty, and SAFE to eat.

A Mood-Killer for Any Foodie • As someone who loves chicken burgers, this meal completely ruined my night. Imagine looking forward to a meal only to receive food that’s rotten and inedible. It’s a waste of money and a huge disappointment.

FINAL WARNING: I will NEVER order from this restaurant again, and neither should you. If they’re willing to serve such unsafe, low-quality food, they shouldn’t even be in business. AVOID...

I first discovered this place on Swiggy, where it seemed expensive. To my surprise, the prices are much cheaper when you go in person compared to Swiggy or Zomato. Go on weekdays before 10 PM, and you can take advantage of the BUY 2 GET 1 FREE offer (under ₹550) on any item! For example, get the Loaded Crispy Chicken Burger Meal + Loaded Popcorn and score a free wrap, wings, burger, or anything else. This is enough to feed two hungry people and a third wheel on a date—hahaha. This place easily beats Leon Grill, KFC, and McDonald's! Oh, and please stock more Coke—Pepsi sucks! :(

Why don't I like this place? The ambiance doesn’t live up to the food's potential. The washroom is terrible, handwashing is a hassle, and the tables are unhygienic—they store baked food on them, which is gross. The cashier is extremely rude; I’ve had five encounters with him, and every time, he behaves like a grumpy grandma just trying to get through the day. They also don’t treat delivery guys well. The lighting is awful—bright lights on a white background make everything look harsh and unpleasant, almost like walking into a monochrome shop. It feels a bit unsafe (though it’s totally safe) and dizzying after a while.

Parking: No parking for cars, and bikes are forced to park on the footpath. :/ Dining Hours: Open until 12 AM. Seating: Technically, there’s seating for 40, but only about 15-18 seats are available because they pile burgers on the tables.

Who is it for? If you love great burgers late at night and want to avoid the queue at Rameshwaram, this is your spot! Perfect for college students who don’t want to spend a lot but still want to enjoy some of the best burgers. Weekdays are ideal for a quiet, delicious meal!
