I am a busy lady and trust me I rarely prefer to give my reviews. But this inicedent has spoilt my niece day in a superlative way!! I had placed BTS theme cake prior to 15 days of the D day. Did my payment the day i placed ordered. I also asked them if they can do it or not specifically for at least 4-5 times. They happily agreed for everything.Before my niece bday I called them to confirm that my order is on track and they confirmed with images that yes mam this is on place. Timing i reconfirmed if it would be delivered by 4:00 they said yes it will definitely be deliveree on given time with a grt confidence and i just reconfirmed again.on the bday day with all household chores and getting my niece ready I got one adder work to keep calling them to check on my cake. Trust me i followed for 2 hrs continuously on call along with other work in parallel and there was mo idea where the cake was and worst part is after sometime they stopped picking the call so I had to call them from my guets’s phones. Finally cale areived at 7 . The cake was HORRiBLEin taste, horrible bcos as soon as the kids in party kept the cake in their mouth it was bitter in taste and they started shouting its so bitter…Also it looked like it was an old cake baked 2-3 days back. please please please donot truet them dnt get your day spoilt.please be aware of this fraud place. The WORST Attitude. They won't care for the customers if they have ample orders booked.

It happened to me that I went to the store 2weeks back and enquired that I need a 3kg customised cake for May 8 on the occasion of my daughter's birthday. The store owner said that they can do it and I should place the order 2 days before.

I contacted them 2days before the occasion and gave him all the requirements. He said that you can come to store on Saturday (May 7) 12 noon to finalize the color of the cake as they have 2 shades of orange. I went there by 12.30 and he says that he can't take the order because I dint place the order 2 days before and he has so many orders.

He never told me to pay 2 days before when i contacted him to order. All he said was to come on May 7 noon. Just because he has hand full of orders, he was changing his words n skipping me. And he is not ready to accept n apologize also. Instead he is yelling back at me.

Not at all Ethical. They care only when they dony have any orders....

Really good. Wanted to order a customised cake where it's design is slightly difficult & I tried my best at Winni cakes to bake it. I had checked out other places too but they denied baking it when I showed them a reference pic & even if others had agreed they're pricing was higher. These guys told me that they would try their best because of the complicated design & would try their best to match the reference pic I had sent them... I told them that I would collect it at late evening the next day but the next day I had called them that I would need the cake hours before to what I had initially booked. They took great care to bake it asap & when I had gone to collect it, I was amazed by the cake... They did it exactly the way I liked... Definitely I would recommend this place because of their expertise in baking fancy custom cakes &...
