We went to this place in the noon .. after placing order something went wrong n they asked pizza would take more 25mins after waiting for 20-25mins. We said fine n asked if they can at least give 1 pizza from out order so we can wait for some time so they did gave us 1..we waited for half an hour 1 girl came she said it would take more than hour ..so we asked them if they can cancel the order and refund for 1 pizza they denied so we said deliver it home with something complimentry as they are asking too wait for long time..after an hour we got cal from Domino's from lady manager she literally has no manners of talking she asked us to wait for 20-25 mins n denied to give complimentry order n asked if she should refund for 1 pizza..so after waiting for 2 hours she said if we should cancel...terrible service..n in all this she was blaminh other colleague saying she was new where there was no mistake made by new employee every timw she asked her manager beforw agreeing on something..we have order at 2.23pm on 19-10-2018 and it is 4.40pm n still we have not received our order ...so thanks to Domino's Manager for such...

I had ordered pizza at 8:56 and service was so gud that I got it at 9:40pm. And also I had clearly informed the person who took the order over call that the pizza has to be delivered to my house address and provided him the address too...but the pizza was sent to my office address which is mentioned in ur system..wat a dumb person at dominos who took the order ...I can tell u that the delivery boy Raju who delivered the pizza is much better than the person who took my order..my suggestion is y don't u send that dumb person who took order to deliver the pizza and promote delivery boy Raju as ur front office...u have fit for nothing front office executive. I really feel disappointed as dominos service is going worst day by day.deliveres pizza at wrong address and that too almost one hour late. There are so many pizza corners around and I was so stupid to order it from dominos.will never order or step into dominos from now...keep up the worst service and the stupid FO to get more business...finally want to thank delivery guy for being gud enough to deliver it...

Oh, where to begin with this gourmet experience! Ordered a cheesy chicken delight, and I was met with a dish where the only thing cold was, ironically, the cheese. By the time my food arrived (fashionably late, of course), the cheese could have moonlighted as an ice sculpture.

After a few bites, my stomach immediately decided it wanted no part of this. Fast forward to 11 pm: I decide to raise a polite concern via the app. Their response? A courtesy call at 12:30 am. Yes, they woke me up—because why just ruin my appetite when they could also ruin my sleep?

Then comes the cherry on top: the store manager himself calls me to complain about when I filed my complaint. Amazing! The only time I’ve seen this much passion from them is when they’re scolding customers in the middle of the night.
