Hi Team Haldiram,
I visit your outlets in north and they are amazing but now that I live in Bengaluru. I was craving for north indian taste and found Haldiram outlet , I went there and ordered Paneer tikka masala rice bowl and dahi papdi chat. There were moong sprouts in papadi chat , I thought can be a taste of different culture but then Paneer tikka masala rice bowl arrived. Curry is supposed to be tangy in taste and Paneer and veggies needed to be grilled or roasted to make it tikka. It was not a paneer tikka masala it was rather kadhai paneer, as all the veggies were raw . Paneer , capsicum, onion were raw in hot curry with no spices. Also there were coriander seeds in paneer which are there in Kadhai paneer only.
When I asked staff that you gave us kadhai paneer inseead of Paneer tikka masala they said we make paneer tikka like this only.
Charging higher than normal any other outlet to sell north indian food , we are ready to pay but atleast provide what you claim. My bill for these two dish was 312.92 SAC CODE - 996331 , Vega City Mall outlet , Bengaluru. Billing date - 27 January 2024 Really disappointed as north...

Read moreI recently visited Haldiram's at Vega City and tried their Vada Pav, Samosa Chaat, and Chole Bhature. The experience was a mix of flavors, and here's my take on it:
Vada Pav: The vada was crispy and well-spiced, but the pav could have been softer. The chutneys added a nice tangy kick, making it quite enjoyable.
Samosa Chaat: This was the highlight for me! The samosa was crunchy, and the combination of curd, chutneys, and sev made it a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and tangy flavors.
Chole Bhature: The chole had a rich, authentic taste with the right amount of spices, but the bhature felt a bit oily. However, the portion size was good, and it was quite filling.
Overall, the food was tasty and lived up to Haldiram’s reputation. The ambiance was clean and family-friendly, but the service was slightly slow due to the crowd. A great place to satisfy North Indian street food cravings!
Would definitely visit again to try...
