Chandrus Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

The only food i like in this restaurant is puttu and kizhangu (4 stars for that only).. All the remaining foods are average or below average depending on the day.. So I specifically go to this hotel to have only puttu and kizhangu... I have had 3 experiences with them

1. They are fully money minded and only business is in their head... U can see this in the cost of all the items.. one day.. my friend while having lunch was asked whether shall they pour ghee...He said yes...He didn't ask for that but while paying bill.. they asked extra money for that not previously informing about the same...
2. I remember once the kizhangu curry had become bad and they gave me the same... I decently called them Personally (to be noted..I called them personally) and told them about the curry. The guy with the spectacles said many people told the same. But they didnt reduce a penny for the curry..And as per my thought.. i left it..Why insult them was my thought... When many had complained..They could have said curry was not there or they could have atleast stopped selling it... But again..Money minded..
3. Recently... I again went for puttu and kizhangu.. puttu was not their so i said poori as i was hungry.. they kept vada along with it and gave the plate... BEFORE STARTING TO EAT, i touched the vada and told them i dont require it... The guy with spectacles was ok while the fat guy said..I touched it and so cannot be taken back publically as if it was a crime... I said.let it be there but i wouldnt eat it...Their chutney as usual was disgusting with sour taste.. The guy with the spectacles came and he said that he was ready to take back the vada..Probably because i have not started eating and because he knows my nature...( if its the matter of touching...I have seen many people picking up such items even here and returning back saying that they dont want it before starting to eat.. ) and more importantly..The person supplying dont wear gloves for serving..They too use hands for serving...And cleaning... Anyways..i ate poori without touching the vada and before going ..I sequzed the vada..To make sure that it is not given to anyone else... Bcoz money minded people may do all that maininating two faces, One in front and other in the back The guy with the spectacles told me he will parcel the vada.. i said..I dont want and two bangali people who supply also asked me why i dist eat it..I said..I dont want it

I demanded to include the money of the vada in the bill..And i gave it.. Being a regular customer..They should have atleast had a common sense that i would not fight for the money of a vada... Especially when i dont create any problems while supplying me with bad food... There is a question why i am writing this post.. only bcoz they went beyond...
