Once I saw a review about another branch of the same Chariot group which read "the cutlery were not clean and it wasn't noticeable because of the dim lights throughout". From then on I decided not to dine at their place instead ask for a takeaway, so that I can eat at the luxury of my dining room with good lighting and clean cutleries. My favourite from this shop is the American Chopsuey. And I do ask for a takeaway often, I must admit that their thickened sauce tastes amazing. And that's the only good thing about this place. Now let's talk about the cons. Oh! They have many: The dim lights. The dim lights are better if you are here to talk rather than eat. Does "Chinese Restaurants" necessarily need to smell bad? This place smells exactly as my grandma's ointments. This one makes me feel uncomfortable. They are always expecting to be tipped by customers even if it's a takeaway and I can read that from their face. 4.This one is nasty. I don't tip for a takeaway, so what they do, is they adjust that amount in the bill. So my bill sometimes reads like 'Overpriced rate + GST 5%. I know it because last month I bought American Chopsuey 7 times and the rates were different 4times. I ask for the bills everytime. Warning: Their American Chopsuey may not look the same every day. Sometimes it may contain a few pieces of shredded chicken, the other day it may be beef and if you are lucky you may get some prawns aswell. But the worst luck is when you gets carrots only and you will have to search for the non-vegetarian piece. Actually I had that bad luck many a times. 😒 Nevertheless to say the taste of sauce remains the same. Youngsters! I have never seen such customers here. The customer count is very low and sometimes I wonder how are they running this place. At times I see some elderly couples coming for a dine or a takeaway. And finally the staff! They aren't that pleasant in appearance. Most of them are overaged with a sorrowful face. And specially the cashier uncle with a frown face who overcharges my takeaways. Sometimes I'm afraid to notify that the price is exaggerated and I simply pays whatever the bill says and runs to...

No.1: We wanted to have Fish curry meals and we got one of the best here, home style. Though it was an old lookin Hotel , they were very good at their service part. The food was delicious and righly priced. We felt heartful.
No.2 : The food was the same. But we reached there really late on a Sunday.... The attitude of the staff was like you would want to walk away but for the home made feel food, I decided not to respond in the same tone.
No:3: There was lot of rush there and the staff were totally preoccupied. They somehow decided to serve tables of people who came later, beats me why... The cleanliness also , I felt to be poorer this time around.
In total, the feeling is like... Food is tasty, fish is tasty, Chinese food is good.... But it's like the don't care if we have from there or not... Nothing like customer satisfaction or delight...
