I am lodging this grievance against La Pino's Pizza, listed on Zomato, due to misleading menu practices, non-responsive behavior, and delivery of undercooked food, amounting to both consumer deception and compromised food safety.

Details of the Incident: On 24/6/2025, I ordered the following items from you via Zomato:

Cheese Chicken Pizza – Labeled “Regular”

Tomato Pizza – No size mentioned

The labeling led me to reasonably believe the “Regular” pizza was a larger size, and the unlabeled one was smaller or standard. However, both pizzas arrived in the same size, with no explanation or size clarification provided. This inconsistency in how items are listed and described is deceptive and misleads customers during purchase.

Furthermore, the pizza base served was undercooked, which poses a potential health risk and reflects a lack of quality control.

Attempts to Resolve: I have contacted the restaurant multiple times via email and through the Zomato support system. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no response or resolution. This neglect is unacceptable and adds to the grievance.

My Requests: I seek the intervention of the consumer authority to direct the restaurant to:

Issue a full refund for the order in question, or

Provide a replacement order of proper size and quality, AND

Be held accountable for misleading product labeling and serving unsafe food.

We visited this place yesterday and ordered their exotic Perri Perri Chicken Pizza. According to the menu, it is one of the high priced category and it should have had toppings of peri peri chicken, barbeque chicken, chicken sheek, chicken salami, veggies, etc. which have a whopping price of Rs. 675 for a medium pizza. They assured us it would be sufficient for two people, but it surely was not. The pizza we received was quite ordinary, with very minimal toppings. We doubted whether it had all the listed toppings or is it the same category pizza, and after trying a few slices, we both agreed that there was only some normal chicken and couple of pieces of onion and chillies.

We raised this issue with the counter staff, who checked with the chef and confirmed that the chef had forgotten to include all the toppings. It’s ridiculous to be charged such an exorbitant price for a medium pizza that was insufficient for two people, and this oversight was quite upsetting. The counter staff did offer to make another pizza, which they served to us.

Another issue was the lack of service. There were no small plates to eat the pizza, no water, and no napkins. We had to ask for each of these items. I understand that this is a Pan-Indian chain, and they should maintain certain standards and quality to match the prices...

Amazing pizzas. My personal favourite was the African tikka pizza (the spicy flavours) 7 cheese pizza was also good if you like the cheesy taste.. it's a lil sweet so perfect for sweet tooth people. The cheesy Macaroni pizza was not upto the mark.. the English retreat pizza was also a lil sweet..

Recently I had the Korma veg giant pizza .. was totallyyy amazing.. order for the giant and monster pizza takes more than 1 hour preparation time so plan ahead..
