I recently visited this lovely spot near Gariahat, and I'm thrilled to share my experience! The ambiance is cozy, making it perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family.

Chicken Steamed Momo 🍜: These momos are a game-changer! Juicy, flavorful, and utterly delicious. A must-try for momo lovers! Chicken & Pork Thukpa 🍲: Both options had generous portions of meat and tasted amazing. Although the price could be adjusted according to quantity, the overall experience made up for it.

Overall Experience: 4.5/5 ⭐️ The food, ambiance, and service all combined to create a wonderful experience. I'd definitely recommend visiting this place for a taste of authentic Chinese, Tibetan, and Continental cuisine.

In a city overflowing with wow type momos and quick fixes, Dzomxa stands out as a quiet, soulful haven for lovers of real Tibetan food. From the first bite, it’s clear this place honours its roots—whether it’s the delicately hand-folded momos or the comforting depth of their thukpa, every dish feels crafted with care.

The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed charm that invites you to slow down and savour. The service is prompt and warm, and the staff clearly take pride in what they serve. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality.

Dzomxa also offers a wide variety of Tibetan snacks and a delightful selection of chai—perfect for those late afternoon cravings or a quiet evening catch-up.

The momos were so good that I didnt even have a chance to take a picture! Its a perfect momo, just enough of the casing and a beautiful well seasoned filling. Available in pork, chicken veg and a pan fried variety which is also fabulous. The chilli sauce has just the right balance of heat and flavour. Be gentle with it when you try it. It packs a punch. All handmade FRESH! Open kitchen watch it being done.

Now the Blend bit of this cafe is a beautiful selection of Small Tea Growers from across the north east of India. Absolutely gorgeous selection. I took home the tulsi green tea, perfect to unwind with. And I'm going to try their Yogi tea next to keep that immunity up!
