Hot Kati Rolls — Restaurant in Kolkata

This happened on 20th of November(Wednesday) at 6:10 pm.So i was going to the metro station to catch a metro back home after finishing some work in Park Street and since i was feeling hungry i said why not let me try a chicken roll from this place since i haven't tried the rolls from this place.I pass by this place everyday and the smell of the rolls are just intoxicating.So i ordered one chicken roll and paid the guy with spectacles(probably the owner) 50 bucks,then the rude guy who gives away the roll to the customers,he saw me giving the cash to the owner then i went and stood behind him,after 30 seconds the roll was ready,he didn't see me so then he said nepali ka hain which means in hindi Is it for the Nepali guy?so then the guy next to him who makes the dough says to him yes and tells him(rude guy) to give it to me(i was behind him and this rude guy didn't see mee),so he turns back and smiles and gives it to me😡.First of all i am not a Nepali, I am an Indian.Second thing address your customers as Sir or Maam,not by stating out their Nationality.Third thing is after committing a mistake you have the audacity to grin and smile. Is this the way to treat your customers? Typically stereotypical attitude of this guy and the best thing was the owner didn't say a word to him,he was right freaking sitting there collecting cash.First hire ethical and polite people and then establish a shop.I shall never visit this place ever again due to this one statement...

Very tasty rolls and I suppose the best roll in the whole calcutta very delicious and very nice and it is very satisfying too because if you eat a mutton roll you stomach will be partially filled and you do not have to crave for dinner if you eat two rolls you had the dinner because the rolls are of very very large size compared to other shops the filling is amazing.We tried mutton roll & chicken roll they are really a great option if you go to Kolkata park street for snack and marketing.
