Just Baked - Chandni — Restaurant in Kolkata

One particular staff member behaved extremely rudely with me. I was pretty surprised how he can remain engaged in making personal calls keeping the customer waiting for a long duration. When complained he taunted, sounded derisive and even expressed his grievance that why the concerned customer is speaking in English ! How can he dictate what language I would choose. It is a personal choice or practice. I never used any foul language. Pretty disgusted with this kind of rude service. Since I love certain biscuits from Just Baked, I went to buy and got treated impolitely and rudely. I never intend to visit this particular outlet anymore . Thank you.
