Food Inn — Restaurant in Mumbai

The tagline of the restaurant is "The Restaurant that makes good food, even better.", but sometimes it not goes well.

The restaurant was recommended by my sister as its her favourite place to dine in.

The ambiance is quite attractive and good, it have AC hall for family. Comfy sofa and chair, the catchy wall painting with scenery of sun rise.

The thing where it goes wrong when we ordered the food.

Chicken Manchow Soup: The hot soup was good enough with ample of chicken pieces in it but taste saltless. Adding salt and pepper fixed it.

Chicken Thread Crispy: As steward recommend this we order it, but in low spicy as my sister had bad experience on previous visit. The crispy chicken goes perfect with perfect masala on it close to have like Sathe Chicken.

Chicken Lazeez: This is recommended by manager, the dish goes well but have amount of excess oil. Topped with boiled egg and raisins.

Butter Garlic Naan: The naan was perfect and buttery with low amount of garlic but taste good.

Egg Fried Rice: The rice was cooked well but we feel like the strong smell of uncooked oil, just seems like it was splash after cooked rice. This is negative part of the dish.

Chicken Lollypop: The lollypop was quite big coated well in batter and deep fried it. The crisp and crunch is what goes well.

Chicken Tikka Biryani: The best biryani of Tikka version goes pretty well. The masala quantity should be low but it worth give taste.

The service was good and well maintained by the staff.

One of the worse places I have visited in a long time. Terrible service and pathetic food. The price matched a decent restaurant but the quality was that of a roadside joint. We visited this place on Monday a relative off period around 3 pm. My friend was a bit late (approx. 10 mins) and the waiters were extremely rude to ask me to order something as soon as I sat down. I explained the situation to them and asked them to wait, but every 2 mins they would ask me for my order. Eventually after 5 mins I was forced to order something due to their constant pestering. We ordered prawns with egg fried rice. The prawns were spoilt and tasted pathetic. The fried rice was extremely oily. Both of us couldn't eat any prawns and had to get out. Next day both of us were sick due to an upset stomach. Please do not go here if possible. We paid nearly 800 Rs for a single prawn dish, 1 egg fried rice, and 2 soft drinks. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious lunch at the food in hotel's and I must say, it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff who were eager to make my dining experience unforgettable.
