McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst experience in borivali west kora kendra franchise of Mc Donald. I have been a regular customer for breakfast at Mc Donald never ever experienced such treatment. Pathetic customer service. Its took them 35 mins to serve the order and that too after 15 mins when i enquired about the order i came to know there was no staff available to make non veg meal. Secondly the breakfast starts at 7am and i had placed the 8.30 hence there was enough time for a staff to be ready to make a meal. The lead name Shweta she was not bothered at all and busy munching biscuits bought by her colleague from Dmart. Ahe was literally in love with the biscuits and her shopping talks that she forgot about the customer’s requirements😝after i lost my patience and enquired about the order and was made aware that they are making it. Happy to get my order after good 35 mins. Suddenly they realised that bisleri is over and not a single staff is aware that they have ordered it. Very politely an apology was offered and a refund. In the care when i sat to eat i realised that i had ordered 3 chicken sausage mcmuffin and they gave egg McMuffin. I suggest google to input a rating in...

"The moment I got to know about McDonald's Golden Guarantee of i.e., ''Extra Safe, Great Taste'' food experience, I have never been skeptical about placing an order with them. Apart from this, they even have separate kitchens for veg and non-veg food preparations and it really impressed me.

I placed an order for a McSpicy Paneer Burger, some Fries, and a Mc cafe coffee. During the delivery, the rider wore a mask & gloves, maintained social distance, and sanitized his hands.

Assembled with a cottage cheese patty coated in a spicy & crispy batter, topped with a creamy sauce & crunchy lettuce, the McSpicy Paneer Burger made me savour it till the end. I was in love with its spicy, cheesy, and crispy flavours. It was absolutely a wholesome burger!

As always, the warm, salty, and crispy French Fries satiated my tastebuds and made me immensely happy with their delectable flavours.

In the end, the Mc cafe coffee an best way to ead the meal with come flavourful coffee.

Would definitely recommend you all guys to order the best of your McDonalds and enjoy with your family...

This time seriously it made me upset because of the quality, I had ordered the meal , as usual I got soft drink along with the meal order I choose Fanta/Miranda don't remember, burger was tasty but when my frnd took sip of softrdrink which was very awwfull , he asked me to check even when I tasted it was very bad taste , I went check with desk ,but person gave me another drink when I asked if he can taste which agreed & took sip from same glass & immediately he called the supervisor, his supervisor came to me said that sir due gas issue might taste is different & he refund my money, I got suprised beacse still they serving the same soft drinks to the customer. When I had asked to speak to manager , their supervisor called him & handover mobile to me , he apologized on phone & again he said we wil. Refund your money immediately.

My question was if they know due some gas issue soft drinks are not proper then why they serving to other customers? But i neither got the sort answer nor they stopped to server...
