Punjabi Tadka — Restaurant in Mumbai

When you first enter a restaurant the way your server starts treating you has a big impact on your further experience and here they assure you a great service. Secondly it all comes down to the food, which has 3 aspects in total in my opinion which are Quality, Taste, and Quantity for the amount you are paying for it and Punjabi Tadka checks all boxes. I had ordered Butter chicken and Masala kulcha and the taste was exquisite. The quantity of the butter chicken was enough for 1 heavy eater and masala kulcha was stuffed very well, the stuffing wasn't coming out from any side and it was easy to break as well unlike most other restaurant's rubber like kulcha. They also have a bar are if you like alcohol and had a good variety of liquor and cocktail. This place is located inside a Ramee Guestline Hotel its just few steps away from dadar station. I had visited this place with my friend around 1.30am .The ambience of the restaurant is very good. With cleanliness eveeywhere We had ordered some juices like pineapple juice and watermelon juice and in starters chicken crispy. And chicken tandoori and in main course we had ordered prawns curry, butter chicken, butter roti the food was fabulous as listened from others then we had ordered some dessert lik fresh fruit salad with icecream. Initially, the Manager Damodar was normal, but after he heard of us having ZOMATO GOLD, his behavior changed and he was extremely rude and purposely kept us waiting even after space for 8 was vacant.

After approx. 30 mins., when we asked the reason for wait time, he was rude, unapologetic and hurtful. It was evident that he didn't want us there. We were not even asked for water and had to request twice. This entire incident happened between us and Damodar.
