Food is a vital part of our life. Life is not possible without food. While food is very important in life, what is really important cannot be simply Food, but Healthy Food. Only when we plan what we eat, we can make sure we are running a healthy life.

WHAT DOES HEALTHY FOOD CONTAIN? It might be difficult to accept eating healthy food that is bitter (or) sour (or) spicy. We might feel healthy food is not necessary on a daily basis. But, it is significant to understand that healthy food contains the right amount nutrients, vitamins, minerals and other essentials when had in the right proportion.

A balanced diet will help us to keep ourselves healthy always in life. Healthy Food not only give essential nutrients, but also generally:

Improve our concentration Help in digestion Improve Bowel Movements Help children grow in a more healthy way Prevent Aging Avoid many serious illness and much more WHAT DOES JUNK FOOD CONTAIN? While healthy food are good in every means, eating junk food lacks all the essential nutrients. Once we eat Junk Food we might feel satisfied and full. But in reality, Junk Food gives us a sleepy feeling which is because the unwanted fat gets accumulated in the inner walls of arteries.

Also, it is very common and known that one of the major problem the world faces because of Junk Food is – Obesity. Studies also prove that even many school children are obese or overweight. Nowadays, school kids also prefer Junk Food over Healthy Food. Children are easily attracted by taste and colorful appearance of the Junk Food. Eating junk food namely:

Burger Pitza Wafers Preserved or Canned Food and such other foods are totally unhealthy for the body. Over a period of time, this leads to serious illness and serious diseases. Children eating junk food often lack concentration. It is always good to restrict ourselves from...

Bland and over-priced. Do not order punjabi or rahasthani dishes here! They do accept foreign visa though, including by tap.

I came here for nostalgia, having eaten at this convenient to the station veg restaurant with two floors in 2016. I will not return. Enough of the finger bowls and air-con. Make authentic regional dishes, not bastardised dishes for Joe Average. Shivala is not a foodie destination, despite the price.

Bhindi Rajasthani (i.e. I expected dry) not enough bhindi. Too many other ingredients such as onions, for my taste. Delicious, just not dry enough and not enough bhindi for the singular pure taste of this slimey crunchy vegetable. 7/10

Missi roti (besan and atta) Nothing like what I get in Punjabi restaurants. No atta. Generic as if machine made. But browned the way I like it. Appeared to be Tandoori baked 3/10

Makai roti (corn) Looked and tasted exactly same as the 'missi roti'. Browned the way I like it. Appeared to be Tandoori baked 3/10

Dahi No 'kick' of sourness 5/10

Lime soda Perfect, hard to go wrong 10/10

Everything was rather bland. I asked for spices buy no chili.

When I alerted manager immediately that the bread was not missi roti, he did not offer to replace it or in any way rectify the order. In fact, he doubled down that this was indeed missi roti. Perhaps there are a variety of ways of making missi roti. I do not like this version. This disappointment ruined the whole meal.

Nestled in the heart of the city, Green Garden Veg Restaurant stands out as a beacon of culinary excellence for vegetarians and food enthusiasts alike. My recent dining experience at this charming establishment left me thoroughly impressed, and I'm excited to share my review.

Ambiance: Upon entering Green Garden, I was greeted by a serene ambiance that seamlessly blended modern decor with earthy elements. The soft lighting and soothing music created a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely meal or intimate gathering. The restaurant's commitment to sustainability was evident in its eco-friendly practices, from reusable tableware to locally sourced ingredients.

Food Quality: The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the exceptional quality of the food. Each dish was a masterful blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's creativity and expertise. From hearty salads bursting with fresh produce to innovative plant-based entrees, every bite was a delightful exploration of vegetarian cuisine. Standout dishes included the creamy mushroom risotto, flavorful tofu stir-fry, and the decadent avocado chocolate mousse for dessert.

Service: The service at Green Garden was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. They were well-versed in the menu offerings and happily accommodated dietary preferences, making dining here a truly...

Its a nostalgic memory for me as this was the best restaurant near my college so during college days we used to eat here half the time Food quality is superb. Anything you order and you won’t be disappointed. They have a set breakfast menu : idli, vada, dosa, upma, sheera and poha but all are equally good. I loved their pav bhaji, an all time favourite The ambience is also good. They have a have a quick bite and go section and another section for fine dining Proximity to the cst station is its usp. The staff is very polite and helpful Do visit for a good breakfast, lunch or dinner in the cst area

One of the most disappointing restaurant. Had few items from the restaurant. The starters were good but the triple fried rice was bland. The paneer lababdar was Ohkay but the butter naan was served without any traces of butter. The service was bad as the staff was slow and not cooperative at all. The atmosphere was not at all pleasant. When we visit any restaurant we as customers believe that we are treated well and expect a good vibe around. The staff felt lazy and no good cooperation can be seen. Waste of time and money.
