Hey everyone, Today I come up with an amazing and exquisite review on Red Turtle pan Asia bistro. I could say that this is one of the best restaurants when it comes to serving some of your favorite Asian dishes to you. Red Turtle has a variety of Asian foods like Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan etc. The ambience is very very beautiful from the moment you park your car out you could see the amazing lamps on the tree which already gives you the vibes of that of a Japanese culture. When you enter the restaurant you would think of being in some other part of Asia. The interior decor would simply put you in awe of Red Turtle. From the amazing paintings on the wall to the Japanese fan stuck to the wall, I bet you would keep gazing at it along with the amazing food that they serve you. It has another storey on top which has a huge space to sit comfortably and enjoy your delicious meal. Read moreThe Red Turtle - Pan Asian Bistro, owing to it's authentic delicacies from Pan Asian Cusine, elegantly styled traditional interiors and customer service that absolutely flawless, is an exemplar of Oriental casual dining. It has a nice ambience to it, traditionally subtle and graceful. The set up in the dining area features an elegant mocktail bar and cozy seats. The restaurant has a splendid atmosphere comprehensively.
Our table was hosted by Mr. Kunj, Mr. Glen and Mr. Dinesh who were fantastic and certainly made our dining maneuver smooth and memorable. The manager Mr. John Ma and the crew members are very genial and courteous and make the customer feel serene with their hospitality and high standards of service. The average order time per dish is roughly 15 minutes during peak hours even when the place is packed, so it's a pretty good thing.
The menu boasts a series of tasty treats from Chinese, Japanese, Thai and other regional Asian cuisines. For appetizers, we ordered "Pan Fried Chicken Dumpings" and "Yakitori Chicken". The dumplings were extremely appetizing and flavourful. The latter dish, is truly a delish. It's basically grilled chicken and veggies served in skewers glazed with the ever-elegant yakitori sauce. The amazing balance between sweet and salty flavours offered by the yakitori sauce is what makes it a delight. We also ordered "Crispy Lotus Stem in Honey Chilli sauce". The characteric flavour of lotus stem crisps combined with the goodness of Honey-Chilli sauce makes it a delectable treat to the taste buds. The menu also prides itself with a wide spectrum of seafood dishes that are highly recommended.
The drinks section include beverages, non alcoholic beers and refreshers. We had a few drinks from the 'refreshers' subsection which were totally reinvigorating and full of flavours. "Mekong Cooler" is a cucumber, mint and lime based drink. In term of taste, it is a perfect blend of tanginess and sweetness with the flavour of mint. "Oriental Fuse" is another refreshing drink loaded with flavours. It has an excellent aftertaste. We also had "Patong Passion" which is a combination of pineapple juice and coconut milk.
For main course, we ordered "Chicken Pad Thai noodles" and "Egg Teriyaki noodles". The portion size is exceptionally generous. A full portion of both is more than enough for three to four people with a good appetite. The main course was super filling and extremely delicious. The have an array of rice and gravy dishes which are strongly recommended by the crew.
The dessert section has some of the most delightful sweet treats. We had "Greentea Ice cream" for a change. It has this characteristic flavour that makes it a first-rate dessert over here. They also serve ice creams with the unorthodoxy flavors like Wasabi and Lemon grass which is intriguing.
Talking about our overall experience here, full marks for the ambience, food and an exceptional customer service. "The Red Turtle - Pan Asian Bistro" is indubitably an epitome of everything that is right with Pan Asian Cuisine. It is...

The restaurant is at 5-10 mins walkable distance from infinity Mall.

Talking about the ambience and decor, The place has minimal seating and has small bar ! Decor of the place is made in a way that it portrays the theme of Pan Asian food. The overall vibe is something exactly you will expect from a Pan Asian bistro !
Coming to the f&b, Mocktail menu was curated nicely with Pan Asian theme again. The mocktails were named differently and the taste was slight different as well. Totally loved all 4 mocktails which we ordered. •Mekon cooler : Cucumber and mint muddled together having lemon dash and topped with soda. Refreshing ! •Oriental fuse: Orange chunks and diced apple shaken together having sugar syrup and lime and topped with soda. Flavorful ! •Oi Ocha- Bitter Orange and grape with a dash of lime ! Slightly bitter , yet amazing one. •Paton passion : It was normal PINACOLADA.
Appetizers options are wide spread , we tried their crispy Sichuan chicken which was flavorful and tasty! The chicken used was juicy and tender.
We also tried their dumplings which were having good amount of filling and they were cooked properly too.
Kung pao Chicken - My personal fav , Juicy chicken tossed in Kung pao sauce with garlic and few cashew nuts. Amazing !!!
The portion size could have been better in appetizers//
In mains , we tried their Hakka noodles and Sichuan fried rice ! The best part of both was it was having generous amount of chicken in it and was filling too. One more thing I liked was rice used here was long grain and not the thicker one.
To sum up our meal , In desserts we ordered : • Tub Tim Krob- Water chestnuts in rose syrup having coconut milk in it ! Was surely amazing. •Seasonal fruit toffee with caramelized walnuts and vanilla ice cream - it was 4 pcs of Lichi fried and topped with caramel sauce and served with vanilla ice cream !
