The Beer Café — Restaurant in New Delhi

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Beer Cafe ! and was treated to an exceptional bartending experience. From ABHISHEK , the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the bartender, whose expertise and passion for mixology were evident throughout the evening.

First and foremost, the bartender's knowledge of cocktails was truly impressive. Not only did they effortlessly craft classic cocktails with precision and flair, but they also introduced me to new and innovative drinks that perfectly suited my tastes. Their creativity knew no bounds, and each concoction was a delightful surprise for the palate.

Moreover, what truly set this bartender apart was their impeccable attention to detail. From the careful selection of ingredients to the meticulous presentation of each drink, every aspect was carefully curated to ensure an unforgettable experience. Whether it was the garnish delicately placed on the rim of the glass or the perfectly balanced flavours in every sip, it was evident that every drink was crafted with passion and skill.

Additionally, the bartender's friendly and welcoming demeanor added to the overall ambiance of the bar. They took the time to engage with each customer, offering recommendations based on preferences and engaging in lively conversation that made everyone feel right at home. On Unethical practice

I visited #thebeercafe @thebeercafe in #aerocity on the 6th of Aug 2023 at 9:45 PM IST. I am so surprised to hear from the staff that the service charges are pre-included in the bill. Though they have informed us that they have been instructed to share information well in advance so that customers will be aware of the #servicecharge process. I am so surprised that one day before we visited @cafedelhiheights ❤️ in #ambiance #mall #vasantkunj and after having our food we requested the @cafedelhiheights ❤️ staff not to include service charges in the bill and the staff accepted our request generously. But the situation was totally opposite at @thebeercafe #aerocitydelhi outlet where the staff told us #servicecharge are mandatory and all #thebeercafe outlets follow this as a standard practice.

This is highly unacceptable from a brand like #thebeercafe which is taking away your rights to excuse the #servicecharge. I understand verdict the of not levying the service charges from customers is put on hold and under observation by the #honorable #highcourt till November 2023. But taking advantage of the situation and making money out of it, shows how #money #minded this brand is and they are least bothered about what #customers end experience. This is an #unethical #practice and I am highly #disappointed with #thebeercafe money-minded policy. So for me, #thebeercafe outlets are money-centric not customer-centric.

Went a wee bit late. Around 10.45 pm on a week day.

Started with a bit of hiccup. Was told while we were ordering that there was no Old Monk or any other black rum!! Things almost took turn for the worse when he said there was no Soda! Imagine a bar without black rum and without soda !!

But while our attempts for getting Old Monk didn't yield any results, they managed to get Soda.

And from thereon, everything became better and better.

Food was very very tasty.

Service was excellent. Even at fag end of the day.

Atmosphere was good. Good music. Lively feel even with not too many ppl around.

They have catered for seating arrangement outside. In mid Jan it is really cold in Delhi (around 9 deg C at night) , but the strategically placed "standing heaters" ensure you don't freeze and are in fact quite comfortable. We chose to sit inside though.

Our group - we had a fifteen year old with us and an eighty one year old too.

The food was expensive though, compared to the other Beer cafes that I have visited, say at Nehru Place in Delhi or near Church gate station in Mumbai.

Brownie with ice cream was delicious, but quantity was a bit less. Definitely not generous.

So a bit of a strain on your pocket, but is a very safe area in Aerocity where we can go out with ladies and feels upmarket too.
