This place is the go to place to eat while you are in Phoenix Mall.... The ambience is great and music is good. Love the way the staff takes care of you...

Menu is simple but elaborate. They have a separate menu for kids. The best part is if an adult orders a main course they do not charge for the kids meal. This is a great gesture from their side.

Ordered for Fajitas with buffalo steak and grill shrimp. Food arrived on time and it was sizzling hot. Fajitas were served separately in a hot pack... They also served some salad and coke along with the dish. The taste was top notch and if you are a non vegetarian then it's a feast..

Vegetarian options are not as much as non veg. Ordered their lunch combo. For 375rs you can have 1 soup/salad, 1 main course and a beverage. Chilli tomato soup was rich and spicy. Paneer quesadilla was awesome. It was served with salad, rice and black bean... Portions were good.

From kids menu they served a burger and chocolate milkshake... Overall the entire family got to eat what they like and completely satisfied....

Special mention to Venky and Govind... Both of them were very nice to us. They explained the menu to us and suggested about the kid meal idea to us. After a long time I happen to come across such pleasant treatment by staffs working in a busy restaurant. Thanks to Venky and Govind.

A suggestion to the management. I visited this place 4 months back and ordered pizza but it was not available. Today again ordered pizza but it was still not available. If pizza will not be served then you should take it out of your menu. Otherwise a brilliant place to enjoy a...

I had been to chillys Phoenix mall for a Sunday lunch on 6/07/2025 and the experience was a total disaster. The restaurant is grossly mismanaged. The employees are stretched beyond their limits are unable to take one’s order even after sitting for more than 15 minutes at the table. Many customers from the tables around me got up and left in frustration. However, this did not seem to make any difference to the employees working there. No apologies, nothing!. we had ordered a pizza, pasta, and some chicken fingers. The pizza was good, the pasta was just luke warm, indicating that it had already been made, but not delivered to our table on time and the chicken fingers was just mediocre. The waiters were keen or not looking at us in the fear of taking another order. We then had to take matters into our own hands, we got up and brought plates and cutlery to our table ourselves. I did not bother to ask the waiter for water, I walked to the jug and poured some myself and came back to the table. As we were leaving, the waiter was very kind enough to open the door for us wide. Obviously, they were happy to see us leave. That was the only service that we got from the waiters there promptly.To summarise I would strongly recommend not going to this place on a Sunday to preserve your sanity.
