Please don't ever come to this place... Owner won't available anytime here and prices will frequently changed at times by the people incharge and if we tried to contact the owner they will not connect with him. Mostly beware of Bobi incharge and so called manager Mathan in charges of room amount. And in-between your stay they frequently ask for pay before completing your day ,when we request and inform them everytime we visit we used to pay in the end of trip and why you asking in-between in two weeks of our ,they answered by that amount only we have buy groceries and essential to run the place . We worried and disappointed that it is happening for regular customers for this I can see that they have any respect towards customers and they communicate with rudely by consuming alcohol... after owner conversation only I'm typing this.. We booked directly with the flip flop ; the owner was very courteous and he promised that we will not have any bad experience . When we reached ; it’s narrow and busy parking in the street so called Mr Kamlesh (manager) to send someone to assist in the parking where to do . He didn’t send ; the next homestay person helped me and called the homestay and then Prasanth one of the staff came down and helped me . This was really unprofessional behaviour from the mr Kamlesh even he is not there atleast he should send someone ; he was like just do street parking ( I understand that but can someone be there to assist because I am new to the place ) . Next the view was mesmerising with sea infront and room has ac working but the room floor was sticky not sure how they cleaned it up and also smelling even though we have multiple times put room freshener . No filter water or complementary water bottle available and charges is extra 10 bucks compared to market . I went down to nearer street just 100 m and took bottles with mrp price . The food in the restaurant was ok ok not so great . Even the bill was charged high compared to what was written in the menu ; I showed them and they refunded the money . I am delighted to share my positive experience of Flip Flops. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the friendly staff and the beautiful surroundings. The resort is situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room, which was perfect for watching the sunrise over the water.
