Buffet - Not worth the hype. Visited Six O One with my mom, sister, and nephew for to try their buffet—about a 10km drive on 3rd Oct, Friday. The restaurant was almost vacant at 2pm. The staffs were courteous but no one could understand Tamizh but are fluent in English and Hindi. Appreciate the management for providing complementary meal for the kid aged 5. That said, for the high price, the experience was poor. Service was lacking; staff were inattentive and offered no guidance on the courses or buffet items. Although they were polite and responded when called from our table, we were left confused about what was included and felt out of place. There were no breads in the display and no staff informed that roti or naan can be explicitly asked for. My over-the-counter order for pasta and pizza were also inattentive; I had to constantly call the staff or personally visit the counter multiple times to remind them about my order! Adding to it, the dish completely lacked enthusiasm. I understand there was some photoshoot going on with the chefs and they looked heldup but there were 5- 6 other staffs who could have help us. The variety in non veg was very limited. There were only 2 nonveg starters the dry chicken and fish fry. Both were delicious. But the Alfredo pasta was subpar, and the non-veg momos were shockingly bad, tasting strongly of raw meat. The smoky chicken pizza was better. And the paneer curry was commendable. The Pulav was severely undercooked, resulting dry & flavorless. Overall, only a few items were worthwhile for the price. On a positive note, the desserts tasted great, and the ambiance is very nice. Thank you for arranging finger bowls as the washarea was under construction, it avoided walking down the steps. However, these few highs do not justify the overall poor service and lackluster food. Maynot concern the restaurant - a GST of ~Rs1,000 for a bill of ~Rs 5,000. Have no clue what did the govt do to deserve this 18%. PS : Please don't request me to share this feedback via email as part of your canned response. This is my review/feedback and you have all my details with you already if you wish to address my issues🙏🏻

My review of revamped " Six O One" Pan Asian restaurant in Park hotel My Tryst with Six o one tonite was one of immense joy and pleasing dinner with family The entire restaurant has been revamped and presents a pleasant fresh and appealing ambience to diners . But honestly one thing that never changes is the quality of hospitality and the food that's always amazing ! Credit must go Mr Ashutosh Nerlekar, the head of F& B at park, for years is always at hand, receiving the diners with a smile and ensuring that they really enjoy the experience of dining at Six O one ably assisted now by Jr Sous chef Saravana Kumar and his team . The entire team at this restaurant working seamlessly with a warm smile, goes to show the training and emphasis this park chain of hotels place on customer satisfaction ,a hall mark of The Park hotel group, now headed by Ms Priya Paul, very effeciently. Needless to add the food served hot was outstanding and perfect, especially the thin crust pizza which was out of the world and shows that great Pizza's really does not require typical and traditional Wood fired furnace like in Italy but controlled Gas fired furnace could do just as well . This is a hallmarks practice and precision . Our dinner accompanied by Single Malt Glen levit and draft beer comprised of mixed veg Dimsum, Roasted Veg pizza, veg goyaza, Nan Phulka dosai & Garlic Kulcha served with panner butter masala. The most satisfying dinner for 4 adults and a child set us back by approx 6 k including alcohol and heavy Govt taxes, being a 5 star hotel . I am sure my followers world wide will find this restaurant well worth dropping to wine n dine in, if they happen to visit my most hospitable town of India - Tamil Nad and trust me it will not fail to impress with its world class taste ,ambience and hospitality !

Had dinner on friday 6th Oct 23 and break fast on saturday 7th Oct 23 . For the dinner on the 6th we were told 6 O 1 rstauarnt serves only Buffet and no alacarte and we were directed to apn asian restuarnt . when we went inside it was stinking of urine smell and we had to rush immedaitley out . The person at pan asian suggested that we go to 6 O 1 where i can order and i get waht i want . I dont know why was misled in first instance. Attitude of some of the staff are rude and unacceptable The food was very tasty but they are expensive , Had Draught beer ( Rs 385) tomato soup ( Rs 395 ) Vegrtable noodle ( RS 575) falfel wrap ( RS 625) . The Falafel wrap was cold but the other items were good . Mr susanth ( if i am correct ) was exremey good and kind and took care for servicing us . The total bill incuding taxes was Rs 2323, since i was staying in the hotel , asked them to charge to my room , the girl took the card and came back and told me rudely that i have to pay as food is direct payment . Their supervisor came and told me that their policy was that i should pay for the food and he was also not aplogetic . Had break fast on the following morning the spread was good enough for the breakfast . Thier idly was very soft ( which is normallt rare in the hotels ) coconiut chutney and smabar was good . They had Masala vada was crispy and tasty . I ahd ordered balck coffe and Mr susaanth who was there in the morning brought it was nice falvour and it wasnt bitter . The food was excellent i would go there again . But i need to mention attitude of some of the people are bad at this restautnt
