First thing first how did this Hotel get a 5 star accreditation in the first place. The main lobby itself didn't have the lighting of a 5 star hotel. Table had the glass broken and chairs had cloth tearing off. Even the lights above us were not working. Seriously I felt I wasn't in a star hotel at all.I guess someone from hotel should check the Le meridian , Raintree and ITC. Apart from Ambience of Aqua restaurant there was nothing good. Service was just pathetic we just had to keep our order again and again. Even to get the menu card we had to keep telling them again and again so after third time we had some one coming with the menu . We had the Unlimited BBQ ordered and If I remember correctly there were 5 veg and 5 non veg but the waiter kept giving on giving just 3 dishes from each again and again . I am giving 2 star for ambience only and nothing else though we were given a discount for a drink still we didn't feel it was matching the standards. Worst ever experience. Pathetic management I have ever seen. The queries for arrangement of a candle light dinner to my newly wed couple friends were spoiled by Aqua. Prior a week, I had started calling them through phone, where most of it was unresponsive. Rarely I got to speak to some three different people from restaurant, where they promised me to take care of all the arrangements requested, followed by taking note of it along with my contact and name. Later stage, I haven’t seen any signs of any of them.

Finally the eve before the event came up and the fourth person assured me the same. Few moments later, he’s coming up saying the whole venue is booked for another event and offering us to reschedule our’s to a day later. How am I supposed to shift their anniversary plan?
