Read moreThis is an excellent spot for enjoying dosa and other South Indian breakfast items. Conveniently located near the famous Mylapore Temple, the place has an authentic feel and is maintained with a high level of hygiene. The ground and first floors are designated for dine-in, while there's a separate section for takeaway items like sweets and savouries. The first floor offers comfortable seating for those choosing to eat in.
The menu also includes some Chinese dishes, though I didn’t try them on this visit. The staff were very courteous and cooperative, which added to the pleasant experience. Clean restrooms are available on both the ground and first floors, which is a big plus. I would definitely visit again.

Read moreHave been a customer at A2B since it started at Mylapore. Have noticed the customer service is below par and the store doesn't seem to attend to concerns. Customer has to wait for the people who provide packing service, with no queue or token system.

Every customer, every order (big or small) must be honoured in same way. To add to chaos is the delivery app representatives. Store should have dedicated person to handle delivery app requests (clearly differentiated by notification for public understanding - like wearing a different colored cap). Store should provide tokens for our turns. Use a QR code and have people scan it upon entry, so you may create a virtual queue. Let the customer browse for his needs and when his/her turn comes up, have them attended to in orderly fashion.
Hope the management takes concerns constructively to...
