I trust you’re doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with the takeaway counter at Sangeetha. On multiple occasions, I’ve observed a delay in the billing process, which seems to take longer than expected. The staff at the counter do not appear to prioritize the printed counter foil from the packing section. Instead, customers are left to handle it themselves, often resulting in unnecessary waiting times.

This situation appears to be a recurring issue, not uncommon in larger restaurants. It may be that the team is too comfortable due to the restaurant’s success, but I believe that success is thanks to loyal customers like myself. Many businesses lose their footing when attention to detail and customer experience declines.

I’ve also noticed that many of your staff seem to be hired from the north, perhaps due to lower salary expectations, but they appear to lack the commitment that regular, well-compensated staff would bring. While I mention this for the sake of improving the customer experience, I hope you’ll consider it, as a better experience will ultimately benefit customers like me.

Yesterday I had placed order for quick lunch for my organization Founder day. We placed order for 370 quick lunch. I reached Mr. SATHISH & Mr. VELU for placing order. They both supported me well with sharing the menu's and costings on time promptly with out any hesitant and delay. I was asking for more details about meals, thali and other options. They were polite and humble. Also I got the food delivered on time with out any followup and deals. They keep up their words and executed the delivery on time. The food quality ,quantity and taste was good and its was delivered to us hot.

Hence its a packed food I worried about the tenure and quality. But as promised by Mr. SATHISH it was served hot and perfect.

Eventhough I located at OMR, I like to place order with Mylapore branch in future.

Sangeetha is a classic vegetarian restaurant located in Mylapore. It's famous with the local crowd and attracts a lot of people for their vegetarian menu. This place is famous for its coffee and for its cone icecreams. The restaurant is there for more than 20 years. Recently Sangeetha restaurant came under the scanner for the GST rates, that they did not reduce the price of the dishes from 12% to 5%. It's a little expensive when compared to other popular vegetarian restaurants in the area, but the taste of the food is pretty good. They have a very large vegetarian menu and they serve all kinds of cuisines from Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean. It attracts a trendy crowd.
