Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Domino's RA Puram Branch

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with your RA Puram branch.

On today 7th January 2024 I placed an order (OrderNumber 112) with high expectations of receiving quality service, as I have consistently done in the past with Domino's. Unfortunately, this time was vastly different.

The order was not delivered, and upon calling the RA Puram branch to inquire, I was met with not only a lack of professionalism but also harsh and offensive language. The customer service representative used inappropriate words, making the experience highly unpleasant.

Such behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Domino's as a reputable brand. I believe it is crucial for the company to be aware of instances where customer service falls below expectations.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not recur. Additionally, I feel compelled to share my experience with the general public as a warning against ordering from the RA Puram branch chennai

Domino's - What they serve is a pizza?Only God Knows 😂

I very rarely eat Pizzas and, I'm not a great fan of it. Today, stopped by with my cousin as she was in awe of pizzas (until she had her first bite though!).

The menu card has many pages but not varieties. More or less, almost all pizzas in the menu had same ingredients except for few peri peri and smoked/grilled chicken. I bet you will choose the pizza immediately. Order anything and, it's all gonna be the same.

We ordered a peri peri chicken pizza and, kudos to Domino's for serving it in 2 minutes (Oh! May be not baked fresh?🤔🤔 Not sure!!).

It wasn't so great nor so bad. It filled our tummy finally.

And payment sucked. My bill was ₹311.74 but while swiping the card they swiped it for ₹312. I know ₹0.26 paise isn't a great deal but imagine if this happens to each and every customer. I was lucky to knew this, as their card machine did not work when they swiped my card and, I ended up by paying via paytm (Paytm doesn't allow the seller to enter the price as it picks up from the system bill automatically)

Anyways, more than a pizza, we had some good chit chats and I'm sure you guys too will enjoy the time with your gang atleast, if not for...

Worst place to buy a pizza. Regret having chosen the restaurant. Unwelcoming behaviour of the billing staff (refusal to heed to customer request, demeaning attitude, eye rolling).

I requested veggie extravaganza (specific request to remove mushrooms and add chicken). The staff declined citing it can't be done in a demeaning attitude and said maybe I should order online. Upon insisting second time, she asked her supervisor and then agreed to bill, clearly indicating poor training and customer handling.

Achari dopyaza, or Fiery jalapeno pizza were not available per the staff when asked for. Raising question if the staff really knows anything about pizza. It's the toppings that vary, seriously doesn't the food joint have onions, veggies, jalapeno and red chilli..

The unwelcoming behaviour, poor staff training, unclean tables, littered floor. The place was as though nobody cared for the dining space. Besides the pizza were undercooked too.

The joint just wants to earn bucks in USD but fails in basic hygiene, customer service. American food joints are much more organized than what is provided here (for a nearly similar cost).
