I absolutely love the play area but the whole feel the place is set and forget. I've been there 3 times and the air-conditioning in play room is still broken. Parents that have been in the playroom have each said its too hot. The actual air-conditioners in the main area are ineffective. Last time I couldn't finish my meal it was so hot and the waitress (who was fanning herself) offered me a menu to fan myself. I ordered a watermelon juice and realised instantly that it was too sweet. I ask the waitresses if there was sugar added and they said 'yes'. They then asked me if I preferred without sugar and I said 'yes'. However nooone offered to remake it despite the fact thar noone who orders juice expects it to come with sugar added. Little things like there not being a change table (despite the play area being designed for toddlers), there never being any chalk for the chalk board or batteries in toys replaced makes it feel like noone really cares....

I have been there with my 4 year old son today and we were disappointed. The kids corner is not nice anymore, lots of toys are moldy and there are no books, cars or anything usable for older kids. The food we ordered was also disappointing. The Poke Bowl with chicken was ok, but the chicken was super dry - my child couldn't chew and eat it properly. The dumplings (potato/mushroom filling) we ordered were tasteless and came with a sauce that seemed like yoghurt and was sticky and pulled stitches like honey - we didn't eat them and did't have to pay for it. The music in this restaurant was another critical point - it was aggressive hip hop and didn't fit to a place that is supposed to be child-friendly.

I had the chicken curry. It tasted like water. My ginger tea has more flavor than this food. For the price being paid to eat a meal here there definitely should be better tasting food.

I also had the jamu shot. It’s usually tumeric with honey. The honey was missing and it tasted like it was substituted with weird herbs and carrots. Completely avoiding the honey.

If you’re in for over priced, water tasting food, good service and games. Maybe this is your spot. For all others who want really amazing tasting food. It’s here in the area. Chora’s a great spot a few...
