They are in their soft opening phase so there is still hope for improvement.

Went for take away - was still charged service fee. When I asked her why it is charged she admitted that it shouldn’t be but that’s the way the system works. The bill also showed me as a dine in customer.

Anyway coming to the food:

Grilled items such as kebabs are not yet available.

Their sharwarmas ( we had several ) had very little filling; tastes fairly dry and barely used garlic sauce.

After having lift in the Middle East for many years this was an utter disappointment - also at the price point charged.

The hummus also had very little taste and the Arabic bread didn’t taste as fresh as it should have been.

Was hyped before going about opening of this place but left utterly disappointed.

Kunafa was saving grace though excessive butter / ghee. Would be good if the offer option with cream cheese or ice cream...

Just had to share my awesome experience at Mamod'ss Resto, a Lebanese oasis in Kuningan City, Jakarta.

It was like stepping into a Lebanese culinary paradise! I tried the chicken biryani and chicken mandi, and oh my, they were absolutely divine. Each bite was packed with flavors that just danced on my taste buds.

And don't get me started on the shawarma chicken - it was just the right mix of juicy and spicy, totally nailed it.

The vibe of the place is so nice. They also make a glass covered kitchen at the front part of the restaurant, so you can watch them prepare your shawarma but don't get bothered by the smoke.

If you're ever around, you've got to check it out. It's a little taste of Lebanon that you won't...

I don’t recommend it at all. In fact, stay away from it. Im Arab and the food there has no any relation with the real Arabic dishes. I went there 3 times; first time i had a shawerma which i rejected and they had to replace it but still shawerma taste was horrible. Second time i had Kabsa which doesnt look like Kabsa and doesn’t even taste as Kabsa. Third time i decided to give the Shawerma another chance, and i swear i couldn’t even finish it, and next day i got high fever and diarrhea because of their bad Shawerma.
