Suzie-Q Asian Twist Kitchen — Restaurant in Kuta

I recently had the chance to visit this great little Asian restaurant and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. The first thing that stood out was the set menu – it was well thought out, with a good variety of dishes that gave us a real taste of everything. Each course felt balanced, and the portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming.

The food itself was honestly delicious. Every dish we tried was full of flavour, fresh, and clearly made with a lot of care. From the starters to the mains, everything was well-seasoned and cooked just right. Special mention to the dumplings and the stir-fried noodles – they were definite standouts!

The restaurant is located in a nice area too, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. It’s a good spot for a casual dinner with friends or even a more special night out.

It was a pretty warm day when we visited, and it did get a little hot inside, but the staff were thoughtful enough to hand out some fans to help keep everyone comfortable. That extra attention to customer comfort didn’t go unnoticed and definitely added to the positive experience.

Service throughout the night was friendly and efficient. Staff were quick to check in, answer any questions about the menu, and make sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like they cared about making sure everyone had a good time.

Overall, I’d happily come back here and would recommend it to anyone looking for tasty, authentic Asian food in a nice setting. With just a few improvements to the ventilation or air conditioning, this place would easily hit a perfect...

Fantastic place to eat and drink. We were at double six for 6 days and ate here twice. The Asian fusion is just so yummy with some dishes really standing out. Our favourites were the beef rendang, just pull apart with your chop sticks. The duck dumplings and the mushroom pancakes. All outstanding. The staff as usual amazing with 1 stand out but unfortunately cannot remember her name. She was great and seemed genuinely excited we had come back for a second meal. We had dinner twice between 30th June and 5th July. Anyway, awesome work Double Six.

The staff is impeccably well trained, very nice and they went out of their way to make our dinner better (can be stressful with a baby). They are very helpful, and just really nice people and easy to chat with. I’ve not come across such well trained and warm staff in a while. The food was lovely, with an interesting menu. The flavors were sophisticated. However, I just don’t understand how tiny portions are meant to be shared? Shouldn’t larger portions be shared, so everyone can have more than half a spoon of food?
