I visited this burger establishment, a recommendation from a friend. You have to walk past the infamous Temple Bar and the numerous tourists and photo opportunities/photo-shoots outside en-route. There's loads going here, even on a late Sunday evening; warning! There are many people lingering outside this burger joint, I thought there was a queue, ignore this and walk inside. I dined solo. The staff are nice and seated my very quickly. I knew my order beforehand and all was prompt and efficient etc. Double-burger with cheese, how I like it. A plain and simple cheeseburger medium cooked. Yum! Be warned the double-patty burger is big! I managed to finish this but the chips are good but could not finish. Delicious though. A chocolate milkshake completed my order, slightly small for the price but good. I did make a small recommendation for a new milkshake flavour as GBK sells a peanut-butter one. This did not go down (as facial expressions go) well with the blonde, non-Asian, woman at the till. Hence the minus star. Worth checking out and decent prices!

Personally my favorite burger place in town, haven't had a better burger in Dublin. The menu is very small and simple, they only do few things but they do them so well. The burgers are done to your own preference and I personally like the double cheeseburger. The ratio between the burger patty and the rest of the ingredients in the burger are perfect and then buns are immaculate. I also like ordering the sweet potato fries as they are soo good. They have the normal sodas and their own milkshakes. The place itself is really nice too and there's plenty of room. Overall this is an amazing burger place and I'd recommend it to everyone. The only one reason I am not leaving 5 stars is the fact that we were 4 people who all wanted to pay with cards but they weren't able to split our bill 4 ways although it was a big enough of a value. So be aware when going.. Make sure to let them know you will be paying separately by card at the start!

The very best burger you can put in your mouth in Dublin (and in many other cities too). We were a couple in a Sunday night. We were received by a kind waitress and proceeded to order our food. The menu is quite simple, either you take a hamburger or a cheeseburger (you can make it double with another patty). The burger comes with several predefined toppings that you can remove at will. They have gluten-free bread, something very important for those with wheat and gluten allergies, and they only charge .5€ extra for the GF bread (other places charge crazy amounts for this). I took the double cheeseburger, and, overall, the burger was very testy and cheesy. The fries can be ordered separately and were very crunchy. 9.5 place over here folks. Do not heasitate to try this burgers.

Simple menu. Burgers and fries! Single or double meat, with cheese or without. Thin or thick cut fries and sweet potato fries. I had a single with cheese and tried all three fries. I seriously could not decide which I liked best. The burger had the thickest patty I have ever seen at a burger place and the bun n was grilled and delicious! . Advice: if you want it cooked all the way through order well well. I ordered medium well and it was still very pink in the middle. I had them cook it more and well still not done but it was so good I ate it anyway. I am not a burger person but this one made me reconsider. If i have one I almost never eat the bun. I ate the whole thing bun and all.

There was some consternation at the long wait considering the small (figuratively AND literally) menu—until we got the food. It was obvious that everything was made fresh so the wait ended up being totally worth it. The views weren’t bad and the atmosphere was also excellent. The staff was responsive and, once the food arrived, weren’t to be seen again. This, of course, is either or good or bad depending on your preference. The toilets were regretfully small so going during a very busy time might be a logistical challenge. That said, the restaurant can’t really help it considering how old the building is. Overall, they make a great burger. Would definitely do it again.

Casual trendy burger joint with a no frills atmosphere and a relatively young crowd. Easy place to get seated quickly on a street that's usually packed. There are tons of tables and a bar area in the middle which is good if you're flying solo. Menu is short and simple - burgers and fries. You can choose how well done you want your burger and pick the add-on ingredients, and there are 3 types of fries: hand-cut, shoestring, or sweet potato. Drink options are milkshakes, soda, beer or wine. Water is free. I'm not a big burger person but it was tender and tasty. The fries were also quite good. All around, this is a good option for a quick meal, especially for travelers.
