I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m just disappointed with the whole experience especially with how much money was spent.

We didn’t have a booking on a busy Friday evening but the General Manager was very accommodating and got us a table downstairs for 3 people quite quickly, so thank you for that, but unfortunately, this is where the good service ended.

I ordered the prawn brisk as a starter but the prawns themselves tasted microwaved. The sauce was actually quite nice but the quality of the prawns wasn’t the best. I’ve definitely had better.

The pizzas themselves are very very thin, and I’d class them more as flatbreads than pizzas. My son’s request was completely ignored from the female server. He asked for no chilli’s on his pizza but the pizza came with chilli’s on it which kind of ruined my son’s experience and the reason we went was because of his birthday.

The same female server was putting a table together next to us and when I was eating my meal, she asked me to move so she could put more chairs on the table being made up. Last thing I want to do when out for a relaxing meal, is not be bothered or pestered especially when eating. When the female server was clearing our table, she dropped the pizza cutter on the floor and just left it there….

When it cane to paying the bill, everything on the bill was separate despite when being seated and given menus, we wanted to to do the 3 course special. The female server had a bad attitude because she had to go back to redo our bill. It still wasn’t right when she came back and she said she couldn’t do my sons on the 3 course special because the desert he had wasn’t included. Okay fair enough, if he was told this when ordering his desert, he wouldn’t have had that dessert.

I left €200 lighter and a little frustrated due to the service we had encountered. Shame really because the restaurant is beautiful and the GM who was upstairs looked like he genuinely cared about good services but just too many things with us went wrong in one...

We were able to get a seat at what appeared to be peak period dinner time, the place was full when we arrived, but many had finished in the time it took us to eat so there was plenty of room shortly afterwards.

Quick service was helpful.

I rather enjoyed the Padana pizza, with an exceptionally thin yet crispy base, nice textures and flavour, though was really quite disappointed to see a lonely single leaf of basil on the Margherita, and found the tomato flavour I would expect from this typically to be rather lacking. We did end up ordering the "classic" version (my mistake/misunderstanding) rather than the enticing one they have pictured online and described in the menu, but regardless of this we found it rather average and definitely would expect better from an Italian pizza resistant (-1).

My wife's Vegan Buddha Bowl was also highly disappointing for her, leaving a substantial portion unfinished. Unfortunately they were out of houmous, though offered to add more olives instead, however it was then prepared VERY heavy on olive oil which overpowered any other flavour (-1).

I had fully expected better after reading so many glowing reviews, and maybe if we ordered the "right" dishes it would have been a different experience, though overall it was less...

A salad that’s hard to beet! Beetroot, goat’s cheese, lemon & herb mixed grains, spinach, rocket, red onion, slow-roasted tomatoes with a drizzle of balsamic and house dressing that's how the menu calls it BUT as for the way having too much dressing in one salad is overpowering the flavour and texture of the other ingredients within the salad, had to ask for dressing in the side so can put it in my own amount,, the dressing was good enough with the balsamic vinegar, no needed to add anything else kept the mix of savory and sweet and tingling of salty from the sunny dried tomatoes and cheese. Plus I felt a bit of pressure by the waitress in while still eating not after my plate were empty asked if I need anything else, I think if I would want to order anything else I would reach out in the end of the meal. Which discouraged me in and my friend to order in our end of the main course meal anything else even when we ACTUALLY finished no needed the dessert menu or thinking about it after that extra approach. It felt unnecessary, if it would to check if the food was okay she could ask if our food is to our liking. but not to push the menu again to our faces. The restaurant was considered semi active for the day for the time we were in so there was not much...

Im truely disappointed, ive come to milanos multiple time and in different places and ive had a terrible experience. This time i thought id give it another try but was disappointed in the end. We orderd starters and when we finish immediately after our mains were brought out which is unusual and our starter plates wernt taken untill our mains came, our pizza was cold like it was made way before it should have and my pasta was under cooked and it was cold on the top again like it was made way before it should have. Then we orderd deserts which only came to us after 10 minutes of wiating. The spoons we got were thrown onto the table by the waiter and looked like they havent been washed at all, and the fork had something on it, clearly wasnt clean at all. The biscoff sundae we got looked nothing like the advertised one, the bottom part of the sundae was melted and just pure luquid. The workers there were also very gloomy and wernt welcoming at all, they had no smiles on their faces whatsoever
