I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I personally experienced deception. I placed an order on their webshop for a black wallet, only to be informed later that they only had it in brown, with no indication of when the black one would be restocked. We eventually agreed that if the black wallet was unavailable, they would refund my money. However, nearly three months have passed, and I have yet to receive the refund. I think it's very disrespectful to the customer to sell something that doesn't proceed. First that it is written on the box that the gemstones are natural but not all, some is synthetic like malachite for example. And in the box the gemstones that come are described but they are not all the same as those described in the box. In place of amazonite (blue/green) came a tiny yellow stone, aventurine is actually green quartz, aquamarine is milk quartz….shame. Besides the stones being tiny for 15 euros it doesn't come what is described and...

On my first visit to this souvenir shop, I purchased an Irish lucky charm which has granted me luck every time I touch the little gem in the middle. This was the highlight of this shop, for me. I also bought a tweed hat which I got compliments on, only by older men. Later on in our trip, we purchased some silly St Paddys Day hats. Unfortunately, mine broke in transit.
