Hi there,

My friends and I stopped by this branch last week before going to see a movie, and the service was absolutely appalling.

Five of us went in, we were waiting on the sixth, and a nice man at the door brought us to the back for a bigger sitting area as we wouldn't fit at the other tables. Two minutes after being seated one of the servers came up and told us we couldn't sit there. She was very rude with us but we were still polite and said we'd move as she said the area was closed. One of my friends then said, we are waiting for a sixth so I'm not sure where else we can all fit. This lady gave massive sigh, rolled her eyes and said there's a sixth, then walked off with a huff.

Now I work in customer service myself, and I've never seen anyone act like that towards customers.

Then a different server came up to take our orders, after waiting there for 15 minutes with only being given menus. A lady eventually came up to take our orders, again not a great attitude, but she took everyone's orders, skipped myself and then said okay is that everything then. I shouldn't have even ordered anything after that but I was hungry enough so I did.

The food and milkshakes were quite enjoyable but that was the only pleasant part of our experience.

We were very surprised by the service we received and quite honestly disgusted.

We will never sit in this...

My husband and myself brought our daughters here for our daughters birthday today and it was a horrible experience from the start. Staff are extremely rude and unpleasant, food wasn't to the usual standard. My daughter dropped her burger on the floor to which we asked could we get another one, it took the waitress 5 minutes to speak to the manager and then came back to say we would have to pay which was fine. She asked was just the burger and we said yes but after a further 6 minutes then came down with another full meal which we said we didn't ask for another meal to be told it is impossible to have a burger without fries, which meant another €8. They then gave another child toy's and colours while my 2 year old watched (we had ordered 2 children's meal and ever recieve anything with it. So overall we spent €50 and I will never put a foot in the place again. You have lost more customers in a time that you really can't afford to. All your staff could do with going on a course to learn some manners and how to interact...

Food: chips/fries were seasoned well and not too oily crisp enough to enjoy till the last chip in the bowl. No mayo on the table just mustered and their brand of ketchup. The chicken sandwich was debatable some parts of the chicken crisp felt raw and the topping felt like the sauce attempted to overpower the mistake of missing part cooked chicken. Shakes came in as separately and not one cup I would expect that would beasts if I would ask in a take away situation. Service: the waiter automatically assumed one person paid for a table for 2 instead of asking if we paid individually so we needed to solve it ourselves afterwards the total cost split the bill. I know it's optional since we did that in different brunches. The shakes came in first instead of asking if we wanted it last Atmosphere: Not too noisy but enough to speak loudly to each other at the table and not speak in a normal tone. The sofa is great to sit on the cushions are fantastic unsure of the bar chairs as we haven't been...

Thanks to the machinations of certain Friends in High Places, I recently received Eddie Rocket's vouchers to the tune of three hundred euros. I quickly assembled a troupe and began marching on the place. This "March on Eddie's" proved successful; we quickly found a table for our group (we were twelve in total). We all ordered different meal combos. For my part, I ordered a Manhattan Burger with the Fries and Soda combo. Others ordered milkshakes, which I managed to steal a few sips from. I must say, the milkshakes in Eddie Rocket's are truly malts to mail home about! They were flaked to all our fancies. Our servers were extremely gracious and hospitable, especially the male server who took this photo. We didn't get your name, but you're a saint!

the minute i walked in i noticed the place smelled gross, my friends noticed too but we all just decided to stay. We ordered milkshakes which were around €7 i think. Now usually when they bring out the silver cup along side the milkshake, the silver cup is atleast halfway full. I kid you not there was a mouthful of milkshake in the silver cup. At that point why bother to even give out the silver cup. To make matters worse my glass was overflowing when given to me. It was just messy it made the table messy it was a pain. Then my fiend noticed her glass was dirty which was gross. To be fair, they had no problem changing the glass so that was all fine. My friend payed and said there was a forced tip?
