MossCo Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Dublin

I think we were just unfortunate with our meal. So we had the mossco sharing platter. 5prawns, 5ribs 9 chicken wing and bread. This was lovely apart from the crispy chicken wings it just said crispy on the menu but holy moly they were spicy we ate 2. The ribs amazing and the king prawns only problem is, if it's a sharing platter then at least do even numbers in portions? I had braised belly of pork unfortunately it was slightly burnt and a little tough. (tasted nice but a little too over cooked) desserts were a shame too, my partner had profiter roles cream but somehow the berry coulas and chocolate sauce were missing. I had a apple crumble with ice cream..I would expect crumble to be hot but nope stone cold. Although areas were let down in the food I marked it high as I believe this would have been a lovely meal as the tastes were amazing just a shame a few details\items missing etc. Waitress was really polite and friendly, supervisor maybe not, but manager was very apologetic and like I say could have been 5star on...

We stayed at Travelogue for 7 nights. We had breakfast each morning and ate dinner a couple of late nights. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Easy to check in and get a table. The food presentation was bery nice and clean for a buffet style. The staff constantly made sure everything was in order. The selection was pretty good for us Americans. The staff was first rate…very friendly and very busy keeping things in order.

We ate dinner a couple of nights when we decided to stay in and not venture out. The restaurant closes at 9:45, so we had to make sure we ordered before they closed. The menu was just right in terms of selection and very reasonable compared to the many nearby restaurants.

This restaurant is perfect for a hotel for both breakfast and late...

You’re looking at the reviews and wondering why they aren’t consistent? Tonight would be an example. The group of five in front of us had their various drinks brought out, then their food in the time you would expect. They’d probably give five stars and rightfully so. However, our group of two waited way too long for each step, including 40 minutes between our two starters and our entree and salad. Yeah, we split a pasta entree and the salad, so it wasn’t overly complicated or overwhelming for them. In the end, roll the dice going here. You might get five star service or you might get...
