I ordered a sweater in mid December. The delivery date was December 27th. I was informed that once it left the warehouse I would get an email. I never received an email so I called around December 27th. I was told it should be there soon. I called On December 30th and asked why I hadnāt received an email. Seems like it has never left the warehouse. I was told that my order probably went out but they are just behind in sending the emails. I pressed further and was told that she would personally go to the warehouse and get the information on my order and send me an email with my tracking number so that I could track it. That was 4 days ago; there is no email, no tracking number and since the sweater is no longer featured on the website Iām worried that I wonāt be getting the sweater I ordered. It seems that whenever you call customer service you get the answer that is most likely to get you off the phone. I know it is the holiday season and people are slammed and I can give plenty of grace for that; but the lying or at least way over-promising and under-delivering is hard to stomach. People want the truth and will continue to do business with you if you are up front with them. But they wonāt do repeat business with a company that canāt deliver. Easy concept. I will be updating. Update: it is January 8th and of course I never received either e-mail. Iām a dreamer though and am hoping that my order will turn up and I can at least say that itās a great product, but I canāt understand how any company could allow their Customer Service department to destroy their reputation like this. Hire me and I will turn it around in weeks! I will continue to update. UPDATE: I finally received the sweater late on Jan. 15th. The sweater itself is great, fits nicely and is as-promised. However, I am not sure I would order again from them as the customer service and business logistics is as poor as a retail store can get. I never received the e-mail from the lady that was going to personally go to the warehouse and email as to when my sweater left. The answer of course was that it didnāt until about January 13th. Paid the $20 shipping charge to expedite delivery and was provided a shipping date of December 1st with a tracking number. After daily checks with the provided tracking number there have been no updates since the December 1st date and today is December 24th with still no delivery. Contacted Customer Service on December 10th with concerns on the tracking number updates and was informed to "rest assured that your delivery will be there by Christmas". Don't think that is happening since the tracking number indicates my package is still in Ireland. Incredibly disappointed with this company. Gifts under the tree will be solely lacking because I trusted their reassurances. NEVER AGAIN! I have requested a full credit card reimbursement and if the parcel ever does arrive it will be shipped back to them as I no longer want anything to do with this company. All the corporate advertising propaganda states how committed their company owner and founder - Lulu O'Sullivan - is to customer service. Well Lulu you should take a long hard look at your company delivery performance or possibly investigate selling to Amazon! On Dec. 6th I noticed that AN Post was still waiting for receipt of the product. I started emailing Customer Support to tell them there was a problem with the shipping of my item, and AN Post had not received it. Customer Service never read my emails, and kept sending out the same ridiculous response of, āGood News, your item has been shippedā. No matter what I said, that was their response. So then, I called Customer Service, and the 1st person I talked to had the same ridiculous response, assuring me I would receive it by Christmas!! Finally, the 2nd person I talked to in Customer Service understood the problem and researched it. As a result of his efforts, the company finally - on Dec. 11th - got the product to AN Post for them to ship it. So there was a delay of almost a week for something that should have been corrected right away if they had bothered to read my emails.
