I love Starbucks. Great drinks, upperclass coffee, REALLY tasty food. Like real food, not cooked food like mcdonalds one. It's fresh. Everytime I want to chill and get that rainy days and hot coffee vibe, I rush to the Starbucks Thank you for saving my day everyday But pleeeaaase even partly remove plastic Star to sell metal straws

Literally one of the dirtiest Starbucks that I have ever been in. The outdoor seating area was filthy (see stills from video I took). The tables were sticky. Coffee was cold and the bathroom had no tissues. Unbelievably poor staff attitude. The inside was also overheated and uncomfortable. To compound all of this the WiFi was rubbish.

The ambiance and seating is pleasant- they’ve made it a friendly atmosphere to sit there and work - there’s even a printer which you can use once you purchase something Staff was friendly. Coffee was decent, maybe a bit too hot Tried the dark roast for stronger flavour - it was nice

Conveniently situated next to a bus stop. Everything about this Starbucks is good apart from the restrooms (can only report on the men's restroom); it seems reasonable to suggest they require more frequent cleaning).

Prices? A bit steep in my opinion; €5 for a medium coffee with milk? €6.50 for a prepacked sandwich? Could I afford to lunch there as a family of five? Yes, but I would not, and I would have to say 'no' to one of the children using the toilet. Some improvements...

I came here to study with my friends. We tried to do it on the second floor, but they wouldn't let us go up. They didn't want to clean the place... We had to do it on the first floor, but it was too cold for me and my friends because they didn't heat it... I asked them twice, but they just shook their heads from side to side. My friends and I live far away and we came to study on the second floor on purpose, but we were treated like this and we felt so bad. Besides, I go...

One day I come in and they ask me my name and if I want my croissant heated and with butter and jam and give me a nice mocha with cream on top. The next day the person taking orders seems complete uninterested, doesn't ask my name, doesn't ask if I want cream on top of mocha and delivers me an old unheated croissant. Clearly a staff issue. Will come one more time and if gets better I can...
