Read moreUsually a lovely pub, freindly and attentive bar staff and lovely food. Me and my friends are frequent visitors of this pub and have never had anything but the best experience. Tonight however was different. 2 pints in and we notice a very strong draft in the pub. My friend got up to close the inside door which was previously closed. The bouncer marches up to her and called her "a stupid b word” and “where the f word is you're id". Upon hearing this my friend brought him her id and proved she was 20. So I had to wait another 15 mins or so for the food to come, the girl running the food dropped the food at the table without so much as a hello or an apology. She dropped the food, then left. My partner said thank you and the waitress did not respond. I wasn't happy with the service, I think the staff could be trained better. The food was good, it's just a pity about...
