Little Collins CBD Dispensary — Restaurant in Galway

Went in for a coffee at 5:15, double checked with the barista that they were still open as she was cleaning up. Myself and my partner both work in customer service and understand how frustrating it can be when customers come in few minutes before closing but as it was 45 minutes we assumed it was ok.

We ended up encountering some of the worst customer service in our time in Galway.

Want to clarify that anything she did could be construed in a completely innocent way but we knew that the way she was acting was to get us to leave. It was the definition of passive aggresive.

For example: Seemed annoyed that we werent getting cbd in our drinks (made a face). Started slammming milk jugs onto the counter before actually making the drink (we both work in bar/restaurants and know you dont need to do that before texturing the milk). Even the tone she was speaking to us in was short and snappy.

She then made two of the most disgusting drinks we have had from any coffee shop in town. She made them look aesthetic to cover herself but taste wise (which we know is subjective) it seemed to intentionally be poor. The milk was burnt and the coffee had a weird taste to it.

Then at 5:30, (half an hour before closing) she started sweeping the floor around us. This is one thing she cant make herself look innocent in and is objectively bad customer service. We left within a few minutes of this and didnt finish our drinks.

We made it an aim to go to just about every coffee shop in Galway and this has geniunly been the worst service we have seen. To have such an attitude when customers come in almost an hour before closing is hilarious. 5-10 minutes, so valid but...

I have been privileged and blessed to have been a customer of little Collins from when they first started out.

They offer an exceptional service with industry leading initiative, care and ethos

They have an outstanding delivery and customer care service

They have a dedicated team who are knowledgable and friendly

As they put quality first and are masters of their craft, you will find that their flowers are not only exceptionally bred and grown but are always balanced to keep up to date with the latest findings in the industry offering something for everyone's needs and a lot of great value flavour for conosers in their growers selections

I always have a jar of their butter in the fridge/freezer

My heartfelt opinion of LittleCollinsCBD is that ireland characterised and made a happier more lucid place to live by people like this team, this extends to any and all areas of irish culture, its hearts and minds like these that make it a home as well...

They have the habit of closing earlier - sure, who wants to work? Very irresponsible and unreliable. Since the owner replied I will expand on this: at 5.20 pm yesterday as I entered the shop, they told me the till was closed because it was sunny out and there were not too many customers. Happened once before as well when I was passing by a few weeks back and the shop was closed earlier. I do consider this unreliable. I understand you have lots of good reviews based on your web activity - which is amazing, but I believe my review is useful so that people don't get mislead that they can pop by at the end of the day to your shop and get what they need. No, people cannot rely on that. And instead of going at me you could just acknowledge that and apologise. Best of luck to you.

I will also add that the owner had posted in they reply that they "never close before 6pm". Then it was deleted. Which is exactly my point - this just isn't true. I'm just setting expectations here, I'm not trying to argue, mislead or drag down anyone's reviews. Thanks for...
