Ordered off deliveroo. The Garlic baguette is 4 small slices of baguette, not an actual baguette, hard and lukewarm.

The pizza was stone cold, had to reheat it despite not being far from the restaurant.

The Scampi Cream Spaghetti has a total of 4 shrimp in the whole dish. Very disappointed overall.

Thank you for the reply, I understand that Deliveroo delivery is out of your control. The pasta nor the garlic bread was not cold as they were correctly packaged, the temperature of the pasta was great in fact. It may be beneficial to consider better packaging for the pizza as well.

If the prawns from the Scampi are purely decorative, it may be good to mention it on the description of the dish: "Scampi Cream bisque with Tiger prawns" That description to me doesn't mean purely decorative.

It is an Italian restaurant, we can get pasta, risotto, pizza, beef, pork, seafood, drinks, cola, lemonade, wine in a glass or a whole bottle (both white and red wine), whisky, vodka, cocktails, beer, octopus, prawn, seabase, salmon, mussels, and fish. No chicken available. And only a few vegetarian options are available. We can order and tell them whether we want a starter at first before the main or both at the same time. Tagitilite with prawns, risotto with mushrooms and pizza were good options to try. However all seafood options are a little salty, so the real taste of the seafood was not able to taste. We bought a cake for birthdays and other occasions. However you need to tell them clearly whether you need to cut them or else they will cut and serve you.
